WOW! I had to use a conversion rate to figure that out, but no matter how you cut it THAT is quite a deal!!! WOW!!! Hooray!!! It is addicting. (big smile) 🤗 🤗 ❤️ 🤗 🤗
THANK you!!! I just remember seeing a few clips recently, and I thought this would work for him. He seems to use a lot of sarcasm and is kind of cocky at least with the clips I saw. 🤗🤗🤗
What you have built here is incredible. He looks great and you did it for a fraction of the cost. And I do mean a fraction. I am a lifelong Star Wars original trilogy fan and thus wanted a Han figure in my collection to go with my Hoth Leia and Snowspeeder Luke, but he's almost impossible to find these days and when you do the cost is astronomic. I ended up paying £700 ($860) for an unopened one from a very famous and reputable collector. However despite never having been opened age had taken its toll on my figure and his skin had darkened badly, and all his leather items had perished. I was heartbroken. (To make matters worse, it was the very next figure I'd bought after buying Babydoll from Suckerpunch and she had arrived covered in mold. The two combined nearly ended my sixth scale collecting hobby.) I was quite shocked at the info you gave about GeeWhiz's pricing. Custom makers definitely deserve a good price because they put a lot of time and effort into making their creations, but even so I think that was rather horrifically overpriced in my opinion. Small note, in the video title and on the character name plate of the figure at his feet, you have a typo. You have his name as Hans Solo, when there is no s and it is just Han. Thanks to your creativity and ingenuity you've ended up with a fantastic figure of Han in his Bespin outifit from Empire Strikes Back. You have every right to be quite proud of yourself.
OMG. I would have been heartbroken too, especially if I paid that amount and got it from a reputable dealer. That really sounds painful. You're not the first person I heard about mold from the Suckerpunch line. I wonder if there is something inherent in those figures that make them prone to mold. That is so weird. I was shocked about GeeWhiz's pricing too. I was expecting to pay a bit but not the price quoted. I then went heck no. LOL I found that clothing from Thailand, and I immediately got it. I never thought I would EVER get a Star Wars figure and then Grogu came along. LOL After watching Carrie Fisher, I decided I definitely will collect Star Wars. My husband is happy. THANK you for telling me about Han Solo. LOLOL Geesh, I didn't know it's Han not Hans. Sigh. I really really really appreciate you telling me!!! You have an awesome day!!! 🤗 🤗 ❤️ 🤗 🤗 PS I want to show people how to fix fake leather that falls apart. If I can get something fairly quickly, I'll fix a pair of chaps. Maybe that will help with your Han Solo perishables. I hope so!!!
He looks great! Its nice when you can custom build a figure at a lesser cost than the official figure. Now! I’m not much of a Star Wars fan myself, and I hate to be «that guy», but I am pretty sure it’s Han and not Hans though… Oh! Look! There is a door! I’ll see myself out LOL!
LOL You are right. It is Han vs. Hans. I looked it up. See? I have much to learn from you Obi-Wan. LOLOLOL Seriously, I thought it was Hans. I guess I need to watch the movies now. Gosh. Thank you!!! 🤗 🤗 ❤️ 🤗 🤗
She calls him a scruffy nerf herder? LOLOL That's so funny!!! I could have seen her calling him that in real life too. She really had a fiesty personality, which has drawn me in to Star Wars now. I will watch the first movie soon. I am SURE the husband won't mind watching again. LOL You both have a great day today!!! 🤗 🤗 ❤️ 🤗 🤗
I heard he was wonderful on set and just the nicest guy. Yes, my husband would agree that they are timeless. I am technically now a fan . . . just learning how good these movies were back then. LOL
Fantastic sculpt!
I just won a vintage 12" Obiwan Kenobi (Alec Guinness) figure on Ebay for 99 Pence 😅
1/6 figures are really addictive!

That pose is perfect for Solo also!

@@UndergroundActionFigures That is right, thus the perfect pose, you nailed it!

@ Remember! It is «Han and Leia» and «Hans and Gretel», young padawan 😂 Two stories that ends quite differently 😅
He looks great for a Scruffy Nerf Herder 😉 that’s what Princess Leia calls him in Empire. I hope you both are doing well ❤❤

I had the opportunity to meet the actor who played Chewbacca. Star Wars is timeless, and it set other Sci Fy movies in place.
