Hey what you think about this drama what if your kingdom is saying to you do not fight each other no duels allowed at anny point but wen season 3 start they will zero any players in the top 300 under 10mill kp how in the world can thos players get kp if we can't attack players or have a friendly duels kvk ofcourse but they only gets 3 or 4 alliance involve so that Means you have to switch alliance to please the kingdom theirs 100s plus more players paying for this game some don't some do how fair is thise to the 100s of players that because of the kingdom rules couldn't get their kp growing and now face getting zeroed all that time wasted and money wasted because one kingdom did these alliance and players dirty hopefully costumers service will have something to say about this alot of players quit already because of that situation what would you do in that situation??
I totally agree with this, and while it's sad, I have lost interest in the game and feel like I have neglected life for the past 9 months. I used to play about 10 hours a day total, pass out with the game still going when I woke up in the morning. I have to get back to life, and while it's hard, I gotta do it. Great game, and very addictive, just repetitive and very demanding.
A month into the game, I realized that I have to live this game. Even when I was on vacation and checking my city occasionally, it was NEVER enough, because I HAD to participate in events, or else you're left in the dust, and reduced to being irrelevant. Basically, if you're going to succeed in this game, you're priorities are not where it should be and you're neglecting your responsibilities. So don't fret guys, just quit. All if not most of your guild members are people who've got no lives, and no offense. It's just true. And rarely, if you're Chisgule, you're making money from it. But how many Chisgule's are there?

I lived that life where RoK was my nr1 priority… it sucks. Both time-wise AND money-wise. Quiting the game was the best thing I did in all of 2021

@@sparkdrive2900 I stopped growing, and try to stay, at 100m power. And I was able to play top tier in Osiris League with that account (top 16 and top 4)
The reason is the same for me. I played on and off for a little over two years. I quit for about 4 months and came back but it was just way to time consuming and it felt like it had me shackled and took my life away. My wife got would get annoyed and upset because I was on my phone all the time and I realized what needed to be a priority. .
Most of my friends left the game some did still play. I was on a good group but the grind and feeling like you are always behind no matter what you do is very frustrating and yes I spent my share of money. When I stopped it was such a relief and felt like such a burden was lifted and I took my life back . I have a PS5 now and much more happy as I play when I want or don't want too. Your life and health and family are more important we both realize it and respect you for making priorities correctly. Addiction can be costly and deadly thing of you don't fix it or change your lifestyle. It's sad a game will do this too you all for the sake of making money.
This game puts a lot of strain in ones health too specially during kvk brawls. You made the right decision.

Great content. Literally, this game consumes alot of time and may affect your real life schedules too. I am still playing from the last two years just for the sake of a bunch friends and my passion too. My favorite event is AOO which is scheduled once per week for an hour. However when it comes to Kvk, then one has to be active alot as compared to the normal schedule. I wish there was an option that one could skip a kvk too.
Lilith games has invented a meat grinder. I don’t even consider rise of kingdoms a game. A game is supposed to be fun and not stressful. I am quitting rise of kingdoms because KVK Last way too long. Lillis games has about 10 different angles and 10 different ways how they make their money off of this game. One must not have a life to play this game. This game clearly feeds the ego. People that are lacking in their lives who need an ego boost in the form of playing this rip off of a game called rise of kingdoms. I’d rather put my time into something else that’s actually real and not fake. Being glued to a device and taking in all these unhealthy dopamine levels and not to mention taking on all these stress hormones is not healthy. I QUIT

I had to quit ROK as well, It's impossible to be F2p/low spender if you don't have the 2-3 hours a day to put into the game every day. Wish you the Best ECHO Even when I stopped playing Rok I enjoyed your content as always ! :) stay healthy and hope you doing well ! :)
I was playing one called rise of empires for over a year and a half. I got bored and found it difficult to remember to put a peace shield on. Also the strongest alliance were ridiculous over powerful bullies that enjoyed breaking all the rules and attacking every alliance and solo players while sending messages of them laughing
Yea I quit after 850 consecutive days and I mostly averaged 10-14 hrs playing daily it's just the game requires way to much time during kvk beyond belief but what I'll miss the most is the people I got to know and enjoyed my time playing with, thing is you have to move forward when something is becoming a addiction and ruining your health and creating financial problems in your life. I'm done with mobile games I never invested so much into a game in my life like Rok.

I am always close to leaving the game for this reason too. Events are always during work or while I am sleeping. It is never EU worker friendly. I complained to rok about this but their response is it is spread fairly. Which is bs because I miss 90% of events. And balance of the game and matchmaking is completely unfair. You have to spend a ridiculous amount of money or die in seconds. I only stay because I like the friends i made on the game. This game is perfect for massive spenders or those who dont have responsibilities like work and family.

I completely understand this. I took time away to move and start a new job. Came back everything was completely different. Team members had quit, team make up changed, etc. Also, I re-prioritized things in my life. I still play regularly, but I'm leaving leadership and just giving all I can with the time that I have. Outside of that Living Real Life takes priority. Happy for you. Do what's best for you.

Thats 100% accurate too anlther reason why the game sucks is its a pay to win kind of game kills the fun i worked so hard in this game not spending a dollar and i havent gotten anywhere really
RoK has an incredible element of politics and strategy that no other game has ever been able to fulfill for me. For me, however, as you say it takes up far too much time. The other thing is that you have to pay A LOT to compete, or need to be allied with people who do in order to do basically anything.

Beyond the lag, my biggest gripe is the functionality of range based units like siege and archers… you fight with them as though their melee units. Should be able to shoot over infantry or cavalry.

Great Video. This game does take a lot of a person’s time. That is a major problem of this game. I myself play casually, do my dailies, and try to do events that don’t take up much time.

I quit a couple years ago. I don’t mind pay to win games either but I found this game to be whale or nothing. I was a mild spender but it still seemed difficult to keep up. I could kind of fight, kind of do other stuff. I was late to the new commanders and by the time I got them, there were new ones again.

I've been playing f2p for a few months & just hit 20 million. I grind like crazy. I'm so invested at this point, that all of the notifications on your screen are giving me anxiety lol. Honestly, I'm starting to realize that I spend too much time playing. Which is why I stopped to watch this vid. It really is too much commitment for anyone with a life.
Hey, i am on one month as f2p almost 3.5 million time just fly when you play i even was waking up earlier to keep up with others,its very stressful keeping power to stay in top alliance thinking how to spend gems all your items basically as f2p if you dont do some things perfect you will be way back if you do them perfect you can farm 24/7 to have one martch at kvk lol

Ya the only reason i keep playing rok because of my alliance HAHA we've played for a year and a Half and most of them right now are not playing the game. And I enjoy your rok content even if I didn't play it anymore because its really funny to watch and reminds me of the early days playing rok as a f2p and I love all your coc top games content and we understand that you stop playing rok because you said it that it's time consuming and stuf not time in your schedule just didn't know why you stop playing rok. i still play (F2P here). what i don't like in the kingdom where i'm at, *cough* 1196, is that if you don't contribute or participate to events and if you're at 25, they zero you. also, they have this thing called "fixed" mighty governor.

As an alliance leader/officer I don’t force people to be online every other hour like some alliances do.
Instead they can take time off and we don’t care as long as they don’t show up in the inactivity report and if they do want to leave for a while like take a break or do something else we ask them to inform us so we can have a replacement in case they are an officer
I rather them be online for 1 hour a day for a month than be online 7 hours a day for a week and then go awol and stay afk forever cause they burnt out
My friend: yes, you can still play, but there would be consequences that would severely impact your progress, fun, and relativity. I respect that you're letting it go. Life is FAR more important than any game sucking up our precious time.

I always try my hardest to not pick a fight to other but they will just use the excuse they say our our leader said so, You have so many resource so that's my experience in rise of kingdom unlucky
The funny part is that people take the game too seriously.. and is like our chore. have to be on the game occasionally

I can totally relate with why you quit games like this... I play state of survival and this makes it one year and it's true... People fail to realise that you have a real life outside of a game and I had installed this to see what the big whoop was about and I have yet to play but thank you for the warning I most likely will not be playing this game if it is like this. I rather SOS and mostly because my alliance is my other family 🤗 and I still have time to have a damn life

The game is reflect the how things work in real life. It show me when I just keep standing still while everyone move forward, I feel left behind. And when they decide to leave, I feel emty.

I started playing RoK all the way back it got released as beta. I found it fun and had a lot of things i wanted to spend hours into it. For 2 years in a semi paying way but just help myself in terms of gems really and commanders. I wasted a lot of money to fully max out minamoto. I think now is kinda trash n in the meta now. I haven't played RoK for so long i wanted to pay a visit reinstill. I were still in the graveyard top 3 alliance in K149 for not being online for a whole year still there. I spend less and less time in the game till i may log on ones or twice a month to gather. I was no warrior but a rss collector. I knew if attented to fights and lost a lot of troops i be useless for months. Strategy game and have fun not a war game else fight 24/7. I were even a moderator on the official discord server for a whole year till i quitted. I got no point to be there anymore since i didn't play. I for sure stayed with the game for the people i had met over my play time. The devs here were nuts for the Rhony scandal. Never help your content creators to win a kingdom war just means wasting rss against an invicible enemy. These kind of games like with infinity kingdom i gave my soul to for 23 days. You gotta do nothing else but play these games to be important and do things. Leaving for a little bit you left behind . It's unhealthy in long term.
At lease now there is an update which gives you a free migration to migrate into a active kingdom of similar power, if your offline for a very long time.

Brother, we have a bully King in our kingdom, I'm a veteran. He is in charge of the number 1 alliance made up of all the big players, they recently decided that my alliance means nothing after my alliance has been around for 4yrs with over 120 players who were like family, well that's all gone, can you or another big players help me please
His other players have all decided to gang up on me, im in my 20mills, they are in their 100s of mills. The game helps me in a way.

What’s a fun game that you can enjoy very part time? Just to give your brain a small escape not a soul consumer.
For me the thing I hate the most is all the fking kd rules made up by people who have 14 hours a day to play on lol. Mge s are fixed so nobody but the ones who play in kvk can get them. And if you chose to go to kvk you have to not figth there, it like that only with that and so fking on. And to top it off, they made kvk deadweight lists so now the entire kd are forced to play kvk lol. Devs need to remove kings and titles so these idiots don’t think they are actual kings. It’s a game!
The truth about this game is that, just like any other mobile game, if you don't have money to spend, you are basically falling behind the competitors. This chinese game gives you a ton of resources to make you feel special and to give you the illusion that you're making a progress while, you really aren't... And its crazy how much 4.99 USD or EUR can change your entire game! Someone who has been grinding for a week, you can surpass all of his progress just by spending as little as 5 usd.

Thanks for the explanation, got notice from my Kingdom ruler - either play KVK or you will be zero'd. This meant ROK became a duty not a game. Will take a look at what you are playing instead.

About to give rok the same treatment, currently studying business law and want to spend time with my gf, my friends, doing muay thai and investing and so on, just no time there......rok is a second 9 to 5 that doesn't pay you but requires money from your 9 to 5
I had to quit this game to I have a full time job and this game takes so much of my time. I don't know how some of this players manage to spend so much time in this game. 😫

Comment..I am playing Warpath that is rise of kingdoms other war game but that takes up way too much time.. probably gonna drop that soon..but Mythic Hero’s..I play when I want,no stress.. love the game! I honestly play rise of kingdom, but since I’m not in an alliance at all, I dip in and out through out the day or I simply participate at the end of the day and I only focus on my own place some I’m not in an alliance
Same reason I stopped. Its FAR too tike consuming. Especially if you don't P2W. At 40 million and it's annoyingly slowwwwww.
You must be young to push yourself so hard. I was there too once and it ended up being too much and not the best way to live my life. I'm older now and my hard work has paid off and I have a much better work life balance. Dont ever burn yourself out, it leads to depression, medication and physical impairment. It's never worth it...

I got a burnout from the game in 2020 and decided to quit. I have spent way too much time on the game just to get my alliance to 1st place in kvk and it has affected my sleep schedule a lot.

How do I quit my alliance? There are only 3 of us in the alliance and the other 2 play once in a blue moon. Thus, I wish to transfer to a more active alliance
I have spent roughly $10,000 on this game.
Most recently I was banned for 10 years for insulting the Chinese.
They made it perfectly clear they are collaborating with the rich Chinese players.
I will seek legal counsel for the theft of my personal property meaning the money that I spent on my account.
But I will pursue the 1st amendment rights violations. They banned me for practicing my right to free speech.
Any advice?

all RTS take time, I think many don't know what they got themselves into.p2w and rts is the worst possible combination, the moment a player spends 10 thousand dollars to have a competitive advantage the strategy ends.trashy game don't waste your time

I just don't have time for this game, so I decided to quit too. I have other responsibilities in my life that take priority over a mobile game, I'm in college, have a job, my family, and a girlfriend. Those are all more important to me than Rise of Kingdoms, it's a good mobile game but it's too time consuming for a free player and I just don't have time. I prefer mobile games where I can hop on any time I want to when I have spare time and not feel like I have to spend all day every day on the game or else be left in the dust. And I refuse to pay a lot of money on a mobile game.

Clash of clans 100%. Less time required and a heck of a lot less money required. With that being said brawl stars is another good option to look at

if you are free to play keep playing but dont let the game take much of your time because in the end pay to win players always win. if you are speending money. stop spending and save up till you get a good pc that runs most games and you will have much more fun
I'm so close at quitting but I will still keep playing ROK since I started like a few weeks ago. The hardest part is when I have to go on a rally on the altars and the schedule is a bit not good since it always starts on 2 am in the morning and I have to wait for an hour to start. The schedule for me is not really convenient but I will still try to keep playing for the alliance. I'll try to play for a year and after that I'll think of what to do next.
Hey, just play chill, I mean, I log daily to get the aethelflead heads, vip, send farmers and train troops and when there’s some fun event I play. In kvk I sometimes participate. It all depends on your playstyle, from start till final of kvk you gotta play a lot to keep up, after that you can relax
@@jasonmount3764 There are some kings that won't give you the options to sometimes participate in kvk. They literally threaten & punish ppl who don't care for kvk. I've even migrated, but basically the same story. Kvk is killing the enjoyment of Rok for me.
Honestly, I have enough of how I train troops for so long time, just to help to kingdom.. And the leadership poop on my head, is toxic, not appreciate anything

I quit ROK too because of almost the same reason, yeah, I had a great alliance, great commanders, lots of resources, and a lot more but when I realized that this game is too much on the pay to win side, I instantly quit this game, I mean this game is good but it's hard to progress in a normal phase no matter how hard f2p players because of those huge spenders in this game. It's pretty sad to be honest

Let me give a back story of ishida mitsunari in the history of japan during the warring age he is accountant not a real commander but when the eastern army try to take down the toyotomi clan ishida brought great commander such as : shima sakon, shimazu yoshihiro, otani yoshisugu and kobayakawa hideaki now one of the commander want to do a night raid to weaken the enemy line but nope he just face the enemy head on and one of them betray mitsunari and in the end he die in vain
This game strains your time so much. Honest to god, this game is not meant for you if you have less than 4-5 hours of free time everyday, and are not willing to spend at least $20 a month.
P.S: I know that there are some very competitive F2P that are keeping up by barb chaining 8-12 hours a day, but lets be honest here. At that point, you could literally work a 9-5 job, make more money and progress in game by paying 1-2% of your income a month (thats about $50-100 for GDP per capita in the United States).
F2P is incredibly pointless long term and I highly recommend against it. At minimum you should be able to spend $10 every quarter of the year ($40 a year) on 30 day gem boosters to AT LEAST get you some worthy progress on expertizing a legendary commander.

Rok is a good game but if you check rok have you soo focus on it, that time seem to fly by an you just spend a hour to do a event, city, alliance or kvk and your real life which you can do the same but we neglect real life and lost into a game. I see people I meet, leaders an king have to put their real life first due to their marriage an job so I understand what you goin through echo. I still play rok on 7 acc an still play coc an studying in hanging up rok.

200mbs down and the newest iPhone couldn’t handle the lag of lost kingdom, I quit.

Time and events especially kvk thing is horrible , Rok force you to have commitment to other people in you kingdom and adds more responsibilities to your life which is awful , despite being a very good game in my opinion but hey i cant do it any more .

@@FireBroz thank you ....I had to contact them ....reloaded the game 5 times ...then when I opened the game.....it was all over the place ....the name of my city went back to governer 1234456......plus a couple other issues ...reloaded it the sixth time ....things are good now....sort of sucked was in the middle of kvk ..ahahahah
I had been playing for a few years on and off and I finally quit due to the fact every kingdom is ruled by utter morons and the majority of players are f2p so all it takes is a couple of high power hitters to literally destroy the kingdom and alliances causing it to stagnate and chat dies everything dies apart from a few money spenders sitting there on there own. It's surprising that after all these new kingdoms people still can't work together and be chill.
So your not making any more rise of kingdoms?
I wasted a lot of money into trying to keep up with this game back then. It's really going to bother your schedule which you can pour into something else.
