Nope. Plenty of Bengali Hindus were killed brutally during partition. The ****** casualties were negligible in number comparatively. And look at how exponentially they are multiplying over there.
Believe it or not, Netaji actually had thought of population control bill even before Independence. So his rule would have controlled the overall population as well as the population of a certain community.
Unification of India Pakistan Bangladesh TODAY is a problem as you correctly pointed out, but wouldn't have been a problem at that time.

So many people became refugees overnight, many lost their lives, lost their family and home.
Partition was the worst thing happened and britishers had done it for their own benefit to make two nations fight each other for eternal so that western side get the profit.

They were puppet and slaves of the British Raj throughout their lives and claimed that Netaji was a war criminal hiding in Russia under the protection of Stalin although Netaji died on 18Aug1945 as proved in a letter dated 27Dec1945 addressed to their boss Clement Atlee although Netaji died on 18Aug1945. The fact is published by Amazon worldwide since 18Sept2017 in English and by Notion press since 22June2022 in Bengali. The eBook was presented to Modiji and Doval ji to reveal the facts of Netaji. In my books it is clearly stated that if Netaji was alive India would not be divided at all and India would be one of the best advanced country in the world. Jai Hind.

United Bengal: Was It The Answer?-Part Four
Would a merger between West Bengal and Bangladesh within the next few years help the Indian sub-continent? Just because the emergence of United Bengal may have made sense in 1947 does not mean it would work now. However should not that option be discussed? After all a secular, neutral, militarily benign, and independent United Bengal may be what is needed by the nations in the Indian sub-continent.
West Bengal is by far the most politically violent state in the Indian Union. That state has averaged over one political killing a month since 2010 and probably even before that. The actual figure may be much higher. In the Nineties the Central Government has threatened to invoke Article 356 and impose President's Rule in West Bengal, which essentially would establish martial law by the Centre.
Since then neither the Singh or Modi Administration have addressed this issue despite these malgovernance difficulties persisting. Article 356 cannot be imposed because of incompetence or even corruption. That law can only be imposed if the Centre believes that the state government leadership is demonstrating patterns in being willfully responsible for either causing endangerment to either public safety or individuals.
In terms of economic growth and development, West Bengal had the highest per capita income among large states in 1961. It was India's richest state back then; richer than Maharashtra even. In 2018-19, West Bengal was poorer than Chhattisgarh, an impoverished state. It is therefore safe to state that West Bengal has achieved failed status as an state in the Indian Union.

Let us assume that because of Subhashchandra Bose India was not partitioned, how would he have navigated the muslim section & their leaders who wanted an independent state for muslims? Is Mr Doval just speculating in hindsight where he has liberty to take realities of the time out of context? We were all deeply hurt and remains so by the partition and so many paying unimaginable heavy price for this event. Let us for the sake of those who sacrificed everything not keep on perpetuating myths and sow seeds of disunity in our country. India will be be united in future not because of a mortal but because of the divine tryst with destiny of Bharat. This requires a different trajectory of thought process though where further PARTITIONS of thoughts are not created because political views. Let us therefore respect all our leaders who guided us to the independence of our beloved India.

No Subhash chandra mostly took wrong decisions throughout his whole life except few occasions. He tried fighting for India but failed. We are glad he failed because no one wants Germans or Japanese forces on their motherland especially during WW2 era. Thank god he failed in his ways of attempts which he was using to free the India.
U expect allied powers would have helped him fighting against britishers. And what India got later was dominion status not full independence.
Both Germans and Japanese had no plan to take India. It's a big country India and Germany was far from it and they also had to challenge Russian empire for that to enter the path for India. And Japan only wanted to take hold of South east asia for their good trade and marketing which was taken by Americans, that's why japan attacked pearl harbour otherwise they had no interest to come into WW2. So Japanese also had no plan to take India.

OH my god. we are fortunate that Pakistan has got separated otherwise in India lot of communal clashes would have come on daily basis. Even I suggest POK is also not required because of them so many clashes will come. God has saved us by separation. India would have bankrupted by this time if Pakistan was not separated.
