They are very epic lifts and the buttons are epic. Everything is nice about the lifts apart from the outside indicators which are missing a few LEDs already
Those are very thin doors - never seen those before! I wonder if the car doors have been replaced at some point - they still go CLANK CLANK thankfully though!
I think the 2nd one shown in this video has had new car doors fitted (I’ll be honest I’m not sure what you mean by that but I’m guessing you mean lift doors)

I think only the other set will get modded because the one beside the broken one has a broken sensor, it even closed on a woman’s hand bag, if they were getting modded, I would be nervous to ride that lift because of that broken sensor, this set will probably stay original since they work well.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they got modded tomorrow that’s how bad they’re getting. They have been in service for around 33 years now so they are starting to age. To save money they could keep 2 original but knowing TK it’ll be a case of 4 mods for the price of 3

@@northernirishlifts Well they didn't oil it which meant that the clanks would stay behind if they put in new doors.

Yeah it only had that done in 2020 but the rest of the lift remains original

The shopping centre opened in 1990 so the lifts were probably installed around 1989-1990

I stick all my clips onto iMovie then upload. It can be with any video software though
