- In this video, I interview Salvador Sobral and we show you how to warm up your voice before a concert! Salvador Sobral is a Portuguese singer. He was the Winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 and currently holds the record for the highest-scoring winner in the history of the contest with his performance of “Amar Pelos Dois”. Salvador’s work includes the albums “Paris, Lisboa” and “BPM”, as well as a vast list of collaborations with artists like Caetano Veloso, Silvia Pérez Cruz and Silvana Estrada. Salvador has a new album, “Timbre”, coming out on 29.09.2023!

Did Salvador know he was signing up for a voice lesson? It was fascinating how willing and open he was to being instructed. Fascinating, also, how he wouldn't embrace nationalism when others were trying to thrust it upon him. Almost everyone is quick to do so. And so, now expert interviewer is added to the many skills displayed by our FVM. Renaissance woman indeed.
Wow, you are an incredible interviewer. You have seasoned skills in this department. A lot of people have the musical knowledge you do but don’t interact in an interview with this knowledge as wonderfully as you do. I applaud you.

Honestly, I’m so in love with his voice. It’s like the best of the best chocolate. He sings with his whole body and just becomes the music. He’s totally engrossing and captivating to listen to and watch.

Salvador and his sister Luisa are my favorite singers/song writers from my country. Thank you for doing this little interview to help show the great musicians we have here in Portugal. continue with this mix and setup of the channel! you might become quite a legend in doing so. a bright future ... but how is it possible he didn't know most of the stuff from the second half? though, nonetheless, he was able to copy and follow her demonstrations with some ease. astonishing. Unbohlievable. The entertaining quality of this conversation has to be stressed even more when we consider the, let's say, adoration from the "interviewer" to the "interviewee", which bares dangers for failure of enormous magnitude.

I‘m kinda bitter about the fact that everybody calls him wholesome.
When he won the esc, in his acceptance speech, he said that finally some real music won, effectively saying that all the other participants and the winners in the years prior weren’t making „real“ music, unlike him of course.
In the following year, he went on record to say that if Netta wins (which she did), he will give her the award with a fake smile and called her song „horrible“. It is certainly not his cup of tea and he doesn’t have to enjoy every other song but that‘s just downright rude and hugely disrespectful.
He might seem sweet and nice but he is or at least was awful full of himself.
Still watching because Lolli is an absolutely wonderful human being though 🤗
Sorry Salvador i like you but damn brother from nationalist to fascist goes a long way ,if you don't love your country ,your country traditions culture etc in no time you will have no country left so you are from everywhere and from nowhere ,you me and our people lives in the shoulders of giants that killed and died to provide us this amazing bit of land in the world the lease we can do is to preserve it and respect it ,so im a nationalist but very very far from being a fascist ,these days the anti-fascist behave like the real ones
