I've been playing SF for 29 years... Modern controls are great. The only difference is I can focus differently and I can still come back after a longer break and not have to rebuild ALL the muscle memory.

Modern mode Ed feels like sf5 Ed and Im actually happy they kept the feel of it intact even tho they did rework him to be a pure boxer even tho thats what i really wanted him to be

Thanks for letting me know about the audio issue. Actually, I increased the sound effects and lowered the background music. I'll work on adjusting the audio balance to improve the audio quality in future videos.

1500 MR is barely entry level competitive play. Capcom just flatter the playerbase's ego with these rank names because they know it works.

Why not you just do placements and it’ll take some games to get there depending on your account MR
@@OmarVedlityi did a little training with Luke, played my 10 placement matches and was put in diamond 3 directly. Could have ended even higher if not for inexperience with the Luke + the Jamie matchup. Day one master is easily doable.

Modern controls should be banned
If that was the case Ed and falke in sf5 should’ve been banned because that’s where they got modern control idea from. But at the end of the day you knowing how to do manual special moves doesn’t make you good at all you knowing your fundamentals and knowing how to react to your opponents and know how to play mind games effectively makes you good at fighting games. You how know to do every special move in the game and still get beat by someone who knows their fundamentals and frame data better than you so no they shouldn’t be banned just get better at your fundamentals and you can beat anyone that steps in your path
