Before watching your video, the only Disney Springs place we had considered getting reservations to was the Boathouse. Now I'm sure! Can't wait for our upcoming trip. Thanks for a super helpful video!
I went to Disney Springs for Halloween week and ate at Homecomin', Morimoto Asia, and Raglan Road. All 3 were good! Homecomin' had the best food, i splurged at Morimoto and got the A5 Wagyu, and they seated me away from the dancing and music at Raglan Road. I plan to return in January and go back to these 3. I'll also find time to check out Chicken Guy!
My grandson and I could not get into the Asian restaurant so we went to Ragland. We had a blast, although we got thrown into the separate room. We just could not decide. He ate all his ribs and I had scallops. Great fun! We went to Blaza on another night. The girls loved him and his 15 year old dimples. Disney, you need this kid there! Enjoyed that and the Ghirardelli ice cream cone. So rich and 7 bucks. Smile! Love Disney Springs!
Love the video, I have eaten at both the boathouse and the T Rex , the last time was last month, both are good but I have to give the bigger thumbs up to the T Rex. Need to try the polite pig and homecoming restaurant next time I am at wdw
I love house of the Blues and Boat House. Been twice to Planet Hollywood (several years apart) and I'd not recommend it. On both occasions we waited one hour past our table booking time. It was excessively busy and noisy. The food isn't too bad if you like that sort of thing (provided you haven't found what looks like Shatner's old toupee in your burger - happened last time I was there.) but the overall experience isn't great regardless of hair in your food. Boathouse is amazing and I can't fault it in anyway. Our waiter was next level and the food was great too. The amphibicars are expensive but look cool and are something different. House of the Blues. totally love the vibe of this place. Turn up a bit early, grab a drink outside, listen to band (normally pretty decent) and then chill inside with some good southern style food.
Morimoto should easily be top 3 considering it was his 1st restaurant he ever opened. Morimoto is a Iron chef unlike every other restaurant owner in Orlando and the ribs are the best ribs you'll ever have can promise you that.
I enjoyed this video very much. I like how you put the rating on the side and it made the video flow better than the I Drive restaurants top ten. What about a West Irlo Bronson top ten? Keep up the great work.
I appreciate you noticing the improvements 😉 I can’t say I like the I-Drive restaurants video now. It didn’t help that I was quite ill when I did it so I sound uninterested in parts. I’m working on a CityWalk top 10 ranking at the mo. Hopefully be ready for Monday next week.
@@TheFrugalBrit thoughts are behind going back for a week without the kids and enjoying springs as a couple, but please keep up the content fantastic vids
Great video as always. We've been to Disney twice as a family and I did not like what I had at Rainforest Cafe but we’re going to try Morimoto Asia on our next visit, Lord willing. Some of the others looked interesting such as the pizza place and the Chicken Guy with all the sauces.
Thank you for putting up this video. I have many food intolerances and worrying about eating out when we go to Florida. I have put a few on my list as hotel is near enough to walk :)
@@TheFrugalBrit WAIT NVM idk how but I commented on the wrong video sorry! After this I watched a drive through haunted house video and the trailer for it had creepy imovie music
Love the ambiance of the Boathouse. But think the menu is a bit pricey for the quality and quantity of the food we had. For that reason we haven't been back in the last 3 years. Will give it another go on our next trip. We always love Raglan Road and make it a priority to eat there every trip. Entertainment is superb and the food has always been amazing.....except the deserts. They have never been very good in our opinion. The Polite Pig is the best value for a quick service restaurant if you are on the dining plan. Loved the bar-b-que and sides too! Will have to try Wine Bar George. Thanks for the review on it. It sounds wonderful. :)
@kay Wallace thank you for sharing, great info. I did want to add info and tips for the dining plan for each restaurant but unfortunately I ran out of time 😣
Totally agree with you! The BoatHouse, is one of the best! on disney Spring! ,and what about restaurants inside the Disney parks? top 3?. .we hope to eat there this year again.!
No one ever says Planet Hollywood lol but it was the only one I went to. More so due to being a movie buff though than for the food. Though I don’t remember the food being bad. So not sure why the restaurant is always left out lol.
I am so excited we are going to Disney in October with my whole family and my nephews especially my older going to be 4 is obsessed with dinosaurs and I think my sister is going to get reservations for theT Rex Restaurant
I did not enjoy Enzo's much, did not like George's at all, and found the Boathouse overpriced. Other than that, I like all your selections I would replace those 3 with Earl of Sandwich and Morimoto's street food and the Mexican food tuck (Barbacoa ??).
Have eaten at the Boathouse and the food was disappointing! Lobster didn’t taste fresh and oysters were way too milky for my liking as well as the waiters being very slow! Nice location on the water but that was the best thing about the restaurant!
Nice video, we enjoyed it. I'm not a huge fan of you stealing footage at 12:57 from my Boathouse review. It makes me wonder how much of the footage here is yours and how much you stole from other TH-camrs.
Hi Phil, appreciate the kind review in spite of your justified grievance. In answer to your question of ‘how much?’, if I’m being completely honest with you, the answer is probably ‘too much’. I try to keep usage within the ‘fair use/fair dealing’ category when it’s taken off TH-cam, although again if I’m being honest, looking back I think my interpretation of fair use has been a bit self serving on occasions and may require reconsideration. My justification is that I would always look to add value to any content that has been repurposed without detriment to the copyright holder. Although I appreciate that I may need to rethink the ethics here, especially when permission has not been sought such as in your case, which I must apologise for.
Chicken Guy at #10? You do realize that this restaurant is ALWAYS crowded and EXTREMELY hard to get into? To put it soooooo low shows you DIDN'T do much research. This is arguably the MOST popular quick service at Disney Springs and EASILY better than Polite Pig or Deluxe Burger
Sorry, I misunderstood your reply in my first response. I like your passion! Yeah I love Chicken Guy too, I just felt that because of variety and seating issues it didn’t really deserve to be much higher. But the ranking is obviously very subjective. Thanks for sharing!
I really appreciate you summarizing the positive AND negative reviews for each of these!
Good video and very good list. So glad you did not have T-Rex, Planet Hollywood or the Rainforest cafe in there😁
👍👍
Those are really tourist traps.
Frontera Cocina is amazing! It’s our go to restaurant every time! Best guacamole on the planet and the food is very fresh…even late at night!
I love the fact that you have the menus included in your video as well! Thank you for that!
No problem 😁

I was clueless about Disney Spring as a whole. I'm a lot less clueless and hungry for some pizza now. Great video!

Thanks William, indeed, the Polite Pig and Homecoming definitely worth trying 👍
I really loved to Jaleo (that Spanish tapas restaurant facing the AMC)

Rainforest cafe looks cool but the food is known to be pretty low quality tbh. It’s a common american food chain as well, not even unique to Disney
Yes, Rainforest Cafe in known to be a tourist place with mega theming but mediocre food.

Frontera Concina, the Mexican restaurant is amazing.
Yeah it’s a solid choice, just couldn’t fit it in. Lists are hard 🙈
D-Luxe Burger. i think once is enough, but i'll try it again just to make sure
Really disappointed with that burger

I’d like to see what things you can do at Disney springs and what shops there are to buy things in one day trip.
Yeah that’d be a good video!
I love how all the negative reviews are like "it's too crowded" or "too noisy". Like well damn people, that's how you know it's a good place to be.
Very true!!!
Excellent video, many thanks!
Thank you kind sir 😁

I’m hoping to do a ranking of the park restaurants this year at some point. Need some time to think about it. Thanks for watching!
Chicken Guy has way to much MSG it nearly killed me
did you ever do the attractions for disney springs? this was great. thanks
I didn’t get round to it but, got plans to maybe do something later this year 😁

Though I don’t remember the food being bad. So not sure why the restaurant is always left out lol.
Yeah similar to Hard Rock, food is always decent but menu is pretty uninspiring. Better options available.
@@TheFrugalBrit That’s true, I have thought that while eating at Hard Rock in NYC.
Very interesting...
I cant believe Blaze is at #2 !!
😬
I agree on that one. Even though it may be good and popular, they are just a chain and we have them at home. I look for unique experiences.
Loved the review, ...been thinkin''bout visiting Orlando for the 3rd time
Thank you for watching! Heading back to Orlando has occupied my mind more than I’d care to admit.
Hmm boathouse was my least favorite due to the food although I like the atmosphere. Maybe it’s improved since I’ve been.
I would definately give another try. Thank you for watching 😁👍
@@TheFrugalBrit Go back and try their Filet Mignon Sliders. I'm also a huge fan of their raw bar and ice cold martinis
I went in February and was expectations were not met:/ I was super hyped but probably my least favorite meal my entire vacation.

For me, there is no list. The only place I like to eat at is T-Rex.

Love the Lobster Bisque at the Boathouse, also was not impressed with the Chicken Guy, the tenders were dried out
Yeah Chicken Guy seems to polarise a lot of people.
I did not enjoy Enzo's much, did not like George's at all, and found the Boathouse overpriced. Other than that, I like all your selections I would replace those 3 with Earl of Sandwich and Morimoto's street food and the Mexican food tuck (Barbacoa ??).
I could live with those replacements 😉 thanks for watching!!
Blaze Pizza is #2!? A chain!? 🤦🏻♀️
Sorry 🙈
We have several Blaze in Cincinnati.
No way. You need to try real pizza. That is cheap and not very good for number 2.
The Edison wasn’t mentioned. Looking to go there - is it worth it?
House of blues and planet Hollywood should be on list
I do enjoy House of Blues to be fair...
Yes to house of blues. Planet Hollywood is a bit of a tourist place.
Have eaten at the Boathouse and the food was disappointing! Lobster didn’t taste fresh and oysters were way too milky for my liking as well as the waiters being very slow! Nice location on the water but that was the best thing about the restaurant!
Sorry to hear that, thank you for sharing, good to hear about different experiences.
National parks review.
Did you ever do a video on activities to do at Disney springs? 😄
It’s mostly a shopping and restaurant area. There are some shows too, but it isn’t a “ride” kind of place.
Is Disney springs located inside of Disney world? If not how far?
Yeah it’s inside, but you don’t need any tickets to access it 👍
@@TheFrugalBrit No it is Not inside Disney world. it is a seperate place near downtown orlando. not far at all from the parks though
What about Earl of Sandwich?
I think they’re a good value option. Not top 10 worthy though. Thanks for watching 👍😁
The boathouse is the absolute best and the house of blues is the worst ... I’m my opinion
Yeah house of blues is fun but definitely not the best restaurant, thanks for watching 😁
Poor Rain forest cafe , T-Rex , and plant Hollywood
I know 🙈
Blaze pizza is bad I had it at my town and it tastes like carboard
no rainforest cafe????
Yeah didn’t quite make the cut
