Since you love stats, you should count how many books are on your unhaul cart and make a cute graphic for keeping track of how many you read and unhauled each month! 😊😊
Omygosh! I love this idea for a series as I grew up poor & buying discount books! To this day, I still buy bargain books & go to the library & it’s kind of just become my brand. Every now & again I will pay full price for a book, but it is rare. I like my bargain book shopping & the randomness of it all. It’s fun to discover new stuff (even tho I still buy a lot of thrillers in some of my hauls). It will be fun to watch this project! 🤗🤗🤗 Ooo! This box is pretty! 😍😍😍 You know I love me some glitter!💕💕💕 I love this bottle of bath salts! 😍😍😍 Yaaayyy! A tea ball! :) I hope you love the tea & I can’t wait to hear about how you like the book! What a great box! :) I have a harder time listening to fantasy on audiobook...but thrillers on audio I can fly through at times! Yes, come be a thriller beoch with me! 😂😂😂 Awww! Look at your puzzle! 😍😍😍 I’ll have to check this thriller out. I do have Emma In The Night in my collection as well. Well, Good Morning, my dear! 🌤🌤🌤 I hope you have a lovely Saturday! 🥳🥳🥳 I love you! 🥰🥰🥰 Happy Reading! 🤓📚✨
I have the exact same anxiety issue you do. A few years ago after an incident, I found myself unable to read certain things without trigging an anxiety attack. Thank you for being so honest about it. 🥰
I have lots of unread book on my shelves due to shopping at charity shops. I see a book at a low price and think I want to read this someday so I will buy it now while it is available. But my reading tastes have changed over the last few years and some of these books I am just not interested in any more and will probably never be read, it’s still a struggle to admit that and unhaul them though.
I'm in love with all of the stuff on Onwe's website! They do another book box for Daughters of Nri and it's so ridiculously beautiful as well 😍 will definitely be getting something from there so thanks for the intro!
I totally get what you are saying about the anxiety that you got. I started getting that when my dad died in 2014. Sometimes I can't even watch stuff about history because it reminds me that all those people are dead right now and I get the anxiety from it. We just have to take it one day at a time.
I have the same anxiety and fear that started 11 years ago when my mom died. I have to be super careful about what I read and watch. Thank you for sharing! I have such a hard time dnf'ing books, but i'm trying to be better about it.
I haven't read the midnight queen but its not historical romance in the way Bridgerton is. If you wanted to try some like Bridgerton Julia Quinn and other hr authors like Tessa Dare, Valerie Bowman are super easy and fun to read ❤️
I love your Disney puzzle! I've also noticed that I sometimes struggle with fantasy audiobooks whereas I never seem to have any issues with thriller audiobooks. I think because a good narrator can help build the suspense and make it really gripping so it holds my attention better?
I love your reading vlogs so much!! They're definitely the highlight of my day ❤️ I think my favorite part in this one was you reading the names of the mystical creatures from my country! You did great! ❤️😊
Loved the video! When you were talking about not being able to listen to fantasy audiobooks it was so relatable. I also have a hard time listening to fantasy audiobooks, I get lost a lot and lose a ton of details and I'm very sad about it because I would love to read some chunky fantasies as audiobooks lol I'm a new subscriber so I don't know if this is a recent thing with you but I completely get you
I have the exact same anxiety about death and I literally could not watch or read anything that even hinted at death in anyway so I totally understand what you’re saying💕Can’t wait to see all the books you end up unhauling at the end of the month!
You trying to pronounce brazilian mythical beasts was funny, but almost correct! My anxiety also manifests as tingly feelings, but like, on my stomach? belly? That area.
Same here, I grew up very poor in Northern Michigan. Once I moved out and started my career and became financially stable I still have such a hard time spending anything at all lol!
A Discovery Of Witches by Deborah Harkness is paranormal romance with history. The second book is set in history! It’s my favourite book series EVER too!!!
I think you're wrong about the first book having a lower rating because it's aimed at literary fiction readers. Those people still wouldn't pick it up if it didn't appeal to them. What I think is the case is that those people are more likely to also be critical readers and thus less likely to give a book 4 or 5 stars. Similar to me. I used to read mostly lit-fic during my late teens and I can tell you I was pretty good at picking books I'd describe as good books but I wouldn't have given many if any of them 5 stars. Not even many of my faves. That's probably the nicest promo box I've ever seen. Pangea makes me think the book is set in the far past. I'm going to look up the book in a little bit. I'm currently reading The Curse of the Mistwraith by Janny Wurts and it's great. I do puzzles while listening to audiobooks too. My current one is the Gold Krypt puzzle which is about as difficult as one would expect from a single colour jigsaw puzzle.
Am looking forward to this element of the unhaul project and seeing you reading stuff that is pretty much out of your comfort zone. I think I need to add a card in to my tbr deck I use to pick my tbr that I made to help get these books moving
It is amazing what an effect a full moon can have, it affects my other half and his brother and for some reason they get so so moody. I can’t get over how stunning this box is...I am blown away
I’d love to see a video of all the books in the unhaul pile! This way we can see the “starting point” and how you’re progressing.
“Wash and dry until we die” is my new laundry mantra lol. Good for you for dnf’ing books, Becca! We love to see this character development!
Since you love stats, you should count how many books are on your unhaul cart and make a cute graphic for keeping track of how many you read and unhauled each month! 😊😊
The way you deal with anxiety (audiobook and puzzle) is exactly what i do and it feels nice knowing others feel the same things ^^
I would love to see the unhaul TBR cart! It would make a great second vlog for the project!

You are a true treasure 💖. Love watching your videos. Such spunk
Can't wait for the next one.
I love unhaul projects, this is exciting!
I'd love a tour of the unhaul pile! :)
I'm a big fan of charity book shopping as well. There are just so many books I have yet to read.
i totally have the same response when I read or watch anything too gory! so nice to hear someone who experiences a similar thing.
100% want a tour of the tbr cart! I'd love to do something like this but I just don't have the dedication tbh lol
I have the exact same anxiety issue you do. A few years ago after an incident, I found myself unable to read certain things without trigging an anxiety attack. Thank you for being so honest about it. 🥰
Oh man, "wash and dry until I die" is a total truth of life.
Glitter all the glitter, the puzzle looks amazing. can't wait to see anymore you get done. So excited for the unhaul vlogs. Great idea.🦁🦒🐘

Boo to not liking books but yaaaas to DNF'ing and unhauling!

Dream Country sounds amazing. I'm tempted to pre-order it. Also the box was gorgeous.

Oh my gosh, Dream Country sounds absolutely amazing! Definitely pre-ordered it right after you opened that box haha
This is a great idea and something I desperately need to do😂
I'm LOVING this idea Becca
I am learning so many things from this box!
I can relate to your story sooo much!
That promotional box is impressive.
I've been doing puzzles non-stop lately!
I love unhauls..and reading Definately for many years helped my anxiety quite alot.
Totally agree with you about listening to fantasy audiobooks. Can't do it! Thrillers though no issues.
Your green necklace is gorgeous! Where’s it from? ❤️
I pre ordered Dream Country as soon as I saw your post! Very excited for the book
You trying to pronounce brazilian mythical beasts was funny, but almost correct! My anxiety also manifests as tingly feelings, but like, on my stomach? belly? That area.

Poor into money is so true i am also like that
A Discovery Of Witches by Deborah Harkness is paranormal romance with history. The second book is set in history! It’s my favourite book series EVER too!!!
You've inspired me to unhaul some books. I have over four thousand, and some books are just duds.
I love historical romance but I dont know if you would like it tbh but if you do try to pick it up you should start with Tessa Dare!
Ooo yes love aromatherapy!!

Becca trying to say the names of the creatures in portuguese was the best! Don't worry, your pronounce wasn't all wrong.
What exactly does unhaul, & D & F mean?
Unhaul means to get rid of (usually sell, pass on to friends or donate to a charity shop) and DNF stands for did not finish 😊
@@bethmw28 Thank you!
Hey Becca, great to see you back in another vlog 🤗
Will be great to finally know about this unhaul thing 🤔🤔
I trawl through the charity shops even still for books but totally get what you mean with full price books. I need to unhaul so many books it is crazy
Am looking forward to this element of the unhaul project and seeing you reading stuff that is pretty much out of your comfort zone. I think I need to add a card in to my tbr deck I use to pick my tbr that I made to help get these books moving
Wow, that box 😳🤭😍
