I had a word with someone in germany and he was saying for the coming two years germany is not a good option because of ukraine war and russia cutting down oil supply the market is in crisis even bosch and seimens are laying off employees and for many companies they have freezed hiring till 2026. Even though you have an opportunity card unless you are from healthcare you will never find a job because people who are already doing a job there feel like there clock is ticking and they can be layed off any time. And many people who get an offer will be on probation for 6 months and after this period company fires them and they need to move back to their country within 3 months because due to this market crisis after loosing the job its nearly impossible for them to find a new job elsewhere. The person who said all this seemed very genuine. He has been working there for past 14 years and he suggested not to go to germany as opportunity card is a gimmick for them to elevate their stocks showing new employees and its benefit is mainly for healthcare sector which is in high demand all the time. Do you feel that its right?

Also, purchasing a work visa, quiting my job and moving to Germany is not a good idea for a fresher like me. So please let me know some tips and tricks which would work, so that people like me can sit in their houses and apply to opportunities outside and fetch a job.
