Mein roz do baar amrud khati hun, green waley not jada ripe yellow waley and also Mein lunch mein dahi pe pyaz tamatar kheera and neem ke patto ko tawey pe bhoon ke with chat masala n one roti khati hun, mera oct me 12.1 HBa1C tha, aaj meri Fasting 104 n PP 153 ayi. Mujhe malum nahi tha kya mujhe diabetes hi gaya hai, pata chaltey hi khana peena lifestyle theek kiya, i dont eat after 6pm. Wish me luck 😊
