Classy New Cafe in Punggol - Anna’s Sourdough!

“Better For Me”, that’s Anna’s Sourdough’s philosophy for its cafe, which is already a great start to what you can expect from this newly opened establishment located at a cosy corner of Oasis Terraces in Punggol.
It is a much needed addition to the cafe scene in this new vibrant town, where it can be quite hard to find any cafes, let alone a gorgeous one like this.
The interior gives off a classy and contemporary vibe, with both indoor and alfresco dining spaces for diners to choose. There are also sections for patrons to buy healthy mixed grains, kitchenware and of course, sourdough breads and pastries.
For breakfast, I ordered the soupersmoothie Heart Beat and Anna’s Steak and Eggs as the main. The Heart Beat was quite refreshment and a good alternative to the caffeine drinks I usually have. For the Steak and Eggs, the sourdough toast actually stole the limelight! The bread has a really soft centre while having a nice toasty crunch on the outside; and pairing it with a generous layer of butter makes the combination a super satisfying one. The sunny side up eggs were cooked just right while the steak could be a little more undercooked as I prefer them to be more of a medium rare.
The staff and service are also friendly and prompt, adding to a wonderful dining experience!
