- Tilly the Red Heeler joined Lily this week to see Neil at Holistic Animal Therapies. Lily enjoyed her trip last week, we also felt Neil gave us so much information and hope to help prolong Lily’s quality of life after being diagnosed with Gracilis Myopathy that we thought Neil could help us with some other members of the pack. Tilly being the priority with her history and age.

Tilly got hit by a bus at a busy public park in Sydney; Centennial Park when she was just a pup. We were told the injuries were so extensive, she was quite literally put back together on one side of her body and endured a long recovery.
We adopted her at about 3 years old when her mum passed sadly from cancer. We were told she will likely suffer from arthritis in her later years. She’s now 8 years old and just in the last 6 months or so we’ve seen her movement decline. She’s had full body scans and X-rays and more recently pain killers and supplements. But we wanted to see how Neil could help us help Tilly additionally.
Today she joined Lily and Luke on their morning adventure out to see Neil.
We hope to get Nevaeh out too, and possibly Freddo next also.
Neil is such a wealth of knowledge and very kind to share it with us, thank you Neil. For those that might have missed the last video, Neil is a third generation practitioner with a very well respected family practice that many of his clients have known and loved both him and his Dad.

Thanks Neil for letting Luke film this visit. It was so interesting to watch. Lily and Tilly were so good and really seemed to enjoy the treatment. Neil is so patient, kind and gentle with the dogs. He really seems to be a treasure!

I loved the side eye Till Till gave Luke during the exam, like you didn’t tell me he was going to touch everything. During the procedure though she looked up at him so trusting and lovingly. They trust him with heart and soul, listen to his every word and know deep within their bones he will never steer them wrong or hurt them. The love these two girls have for Luke pours out every cell they have. She may be tender tonight but there was definitely a spring in her step leaving Neil’s. And how wonderful the community sent him email’s. You all are wonderful people. ♥️♥️

I just love Tilly so much, she doesn't complain ever and always waits for a turn. Thank you Luke & Sam for taking such excellent care of her. You can tell she is content, feels loved and very cared for.

I gasped when I saw the cup of coffee on top of the pastry box! Add 2 dogs on leads and a camera and narration, I nearly fainted. If I weren’t totally in awe of this man before, I am most certainly in awe now!!
Video was so informative and although it was quite lengthy, it held my attention throughout. The patients were so well behaved and impressive as always.
Nice to know that Luke’s video brought attention to Neil’s practice and at least one new patient, as well.

Hopefully Neil does get his TH-cam channel up and running. All dog owners will definitely appreciate the knowledge to take better care of our aging pets. I learned so much during his explanations in this video. Tilly was the perfect client to demonstrate the various movements. Lily was so funny....mesmerized by the squirrel outside.💜

I love how lily looks back at Neil during the treatment - she’s a lucky lady having two caring men massaging & petting her ❤. And Till-Till was lapping up Neil’s gentle exam 😃. I love humans who show such caring towards dogs, it’s heart-warming 😘.

Hey Luke. Just an FYI. I also follow The Asher House dog rescue and sanctuary and he uses CBD for all of his dogs. He actually has his own product that he promotes for dogs. His name is Lee Asher and he has about 20 dogs that he has rescued (as well as many other animals). He may be a great connection for you.
Lily and Tilly will go back to the farm and tell everyone about their adventures. They will all want day trips to town.
I am amazed at how good Lily and Tillie felt after their treatments. They were both bouncy and relaxed. I loved when you were about to leave and Lily stretched out fully one back leg and then the other. Impressive.
I thought they were peppy, too, after their treatment. And I bet the effects will be cumulative ... the more they're treated, the better they feel ... the more they can stretch and exercise ...the better they feel ... etc. Get and keep more function.
How wonderful this video is. Loved our time with Neil and the dogs. So informative. Neil brings such hopefulness to pain relief and better mobility. Thank you Neil and Luke for allowing us to be a part of Lily and Tillie’s journey. ❤

I have to be honest...I felt that Tilly was my own dog as he was taking care of. She has such undying trust in Luke with those eyes. Like so many of us out here, we have loved Tilly for a long time. Lily is so adorable with her stick dancing too. 🥰

Luke, I’m a wholistic practitioner student. I noticed Lily right after treatment wants to go outside. Humans after a wholistic treatment typically have to go to the bathroom right after treatment. It’s a good thing. Her body is in alignment and energy blockages removed. Food for thought 💭

There is just something about Till Till’s face that makes my heart go pitty pat. What a sweet girl, but also, what a hardcore little pupper. She just makes me happy. I hope the new modalities really help her. ❤
Her eyes are very expressive and when she looks up at Luke you can see the absolute love and trust she has in him. Her gazes into him are some of my favorite things. Til Til is a beautiful soul.

Both girls looked much more relaxed. Neil is a wonderful find. He’s good with so many things and so very respectful of the dogs. Great to see. I trained my Cockapoo to not jump. She loved that she could bark at me to get her up or down from where she chose to be. She did no more stairs couch or bed. I was at her command to lift her where she wanted. She was a great dog. So glad Luke mentioned that he is going to train Roscoe not to jump out of the pool from such a height as ACL and CCL injuries are no joke. Tank and Chopper should learn too. Dogs don't have to be seniors to develop an injury like that and then it's a long painful road for them.
The way he explained how long term usage of NASIDs have on the liver was exceptional. I used CBD for my baby last year, definitely recommend as an alternative for pain management. 💜🐾💙

So nice to get this privilege of seeing this therapy, as a human who has endured 8 joint replacements and all the special physical therapy afterwards, I'm sure it's going to make them so much more comfortable and flexible 😍

When my dogs reach the age of 7, I’ve always started the on joint supplements. One of our dogs was treated 20ish years ago by a neurosurgeon. She stressed back then supplements and massage! So now I do it for my current dogs! It’s amazing how well five of our dogs were so healthy right until the end of their lives. Please everyone do this for your dogs, with your vets advice. Holistic medicine is wonderful for our fur babies!

@@elizabethgibbens massage worked wonders for my dogs. We lost my boy Kenny 2 years ago, he was 19 and could still extend his back legs out we laid down! I swear by joint supplements and massage. Massage time gave us both comfort, my dogs love it! Let me know how it’s goes. Just a tip start light pressure work your way to firm, should take a few weeks.

Max has also a heart condition where I give him half tablet potassium and half tablet of Salix. Is coconut oil good to give him too? Thanks.
Niel is really really good at what he does. I love how Lilly and Tilly trusted him. I truly believe animals are good judges of people. He is very informative and helpful. I love seeing the girls look like they got energy.
I just love the way Neil is so gentle and relaxing with the dogs. Both were so good, and seemed to be happy post consultation…Tilly even willing to drive home! 🤣. What did make me laugh though was the faces of all the dogs left back at the farm…..staring through the gate…hey Dad…what about us? 😁

Neil does fantastic work! I enjoy watching him diagnose, treat, and recommend different supplements/routines to help Lily and Tilly. It will be interesting to see what he finds with Freddo, and what he will prescribe to help Freddo!
As someone who has arthritis all over and has had multiple back surgeries since giving birth broke my back years ago I so appreciate all the help you are giving to darling Tilly and Lily! I also understand the need for pies lol 😁

Lily was excited to show Tilly around the town on their great adventure. Lily is okay with resting a day as long as she can still do her stick dance. While Tilly gets her turn Lily decides to guard the door for them. Tilly wasn't sure she wanted to lay down for the Doc. She saw the needles Lily got and wasn't sure she wanted them. Tilly giving Luke the side eye like are we sure about this? What Neil said about animals not reacting well at the vet is one reason we had a vet that use to make house calls. Because he said a dog can have a bad limp you take them to the vet office and they will walk just fine. But you see them in their own home and they will act normal and the limp is there. I miss that vet so much. Neil is great at explaining all the issues and coming up with a treatment plan. He is also good at getting their whole history. Sam the pies are on the way. Yay

I am now in my late 50's but when i was 8 i was bitten on my right shoulder by a German Sheppard, it was my birthday , i was walking with my mum to catch the bus to the city as a treat, it was winter so i was rugged up but the bite still broke my skin. I was already an animal lover but man i remained scared of the breed until High School when i rescued a cross breed from some pups that were brought to school with the threat that if my friend took any home they would meet a sorry end. Loved that Dog to bits. Lilly is such a beautiful gitl, that coat, those ears, her sweet, sweet face, just love her.

G'Day Luke and Sam from Perth WA! my Wife and I came across The Farm a couple of months ago,it is one of the highlights of our day watching the Dogs,I came out of Hospital a few weeks ago,they have helped me no end,this was my 5th time in Hospital this year, We put The Farm on first thing in the morning,We love all the Dogs,but Tilly is our personal favourite,Thank you Luke and Sam,we always feel better after watching the Dogs🤗

Good girls! I don't want the dogs to need medical care but it was cool to see them individually sitting still so I could see their precious faces! Usually I only get the zooming by shots of them.

Isn’t it wonderful to see kind, gentle hands soothing pain. I always trust a dog’s response to humans. Both Lilly and Tillie just relaxed as if to say “yep, I trust you and your intent even if it hurts me”.
