Can't believe we haven't gotten an open world Star Wars game before for this long. I really hope this game hits this quality bar and comes out next year. Looks spectacular!

This game has been in development for some time. If memory serves they took the best parts from the in development hell Beyond Good and Evil 2 and put them into this game.

I really love the minimalistic game HUD! So immersive. Shame most modern games clutter screen with so many elements.
It’s a gameplay reveal but I guarantee you they hid the UI elements, compare just about any gameplay reveal with gameplay footage from post-launch.
That's what made Dead Space so immersive. Would love to see more games going into that direction
I do find it interesting that some of the mechanics feel like the Cal game. Especially with movement. Makes the gameplay look really smooth. Hopefully it feels just as smooth with the controls!

@@vert2552 I didn't think 1313 was all that special at the time, but honestly it looked WAAAAAY more inspired and gritty compared to this Outlaws game.

Was hoping we'd be able to make our own character, hope that's the case in this game, but part of me doubts it, I'll still enjoy it all the same. Hopefully we get customization options like in other ubisoft games at the very least.

The gameplay reminds me of Star Wars 1313, really wish we’d get that game complete somehow. That being said, despite Ubisoft being Ubisoft, this game does look interesting and might be one I’ll play if it’s received well.
