Great idea float not drift away
Utility connections seem problematic.
imagine your whole house just starting to float away
Watch the video
It wouldn’t let it float away
It has four large alignment logs that are sitting in Steel casements that are actually pushed into the ground probably about 12 ft. The casements hold on to the logs which is bolted to the support joist. Not much different than a regular houseboat. This will work great in an area that has frequent flooding
Q: "How much does it cost?" A: "Its really quite inexpensive" Great answer lol.
Cost is relative to where you gonna be building , materials and labor cost vary from coast to coast . She is saying inexpensive to where she lives compared to conventional cost , so you would have to know what going price per sq ft is in your area for a conventional home
this is a no brainer
What about protecting infrastructure of the house? Lightning strikes? Downed trees? 🤣 Who did you steal this idea from??👁️👁️
