The picnic basket! 😂😂😂 I got some drawer organizers yesterday and put my little basket in there among them with binder clips in it. I can’t throw it out either. 🤷🏻♀️ But I love, love, love this box. Though the binder clips are probably the one thing I won’t use, I at least keep them around as a possibility. So excited to see what’s next. Seems hard to top! But yes, the boxes and everything are just getting so gorgeous and amazing I don’t think I’ll ever cancel my subscription. 💸💸💸
I’ve been holding on to the big ass binder clips to use on something, but everything I clip them to doesn’t work out. They are just so big 🤣

No! I love the tiny basket!! To be fair I use as a prop for photoshoots of my Guinea pigs or staged with my Lego flowers, but its adorable!!
I actually thought it was a super cute way to package the stickers. I never thought it deserved the hate it got.
Ok, well now I need a Guinea pig to make my basket useful 🤣
My favorite box so far. Like you said, everything is useful. Not that I didn’t like the “fun” stuff, but this is top to bottom on point. 😉👍🏻

I totally agree! I do love the fun stuff - but when i can pretty much think of a use for everything, it makes me happy.

This convinced me to become a subscription box subscriber! It's really terrific, and all the items are really useful. I'm not so sure about the mini-notebooks, but they will make a lovely gift for someone. (and recommendation about the picnic basket--find someone who has a kid with American Girl dolls--it's the perfect size for them, and they have loads of accessories to put inside.) I'm a big fan of regifting 😃. THanks, as always, for great content!

We used to call those huge clips Bulldog clips! Also maybe you could keep the date stamp and its pad in the picnic basket?

I looooove the books washitape! Unfortunately the costs to get a sub box in Europe are too high for me, but I enjoy the unboxings nevertheless!
Yep, same. Am in the UK so I think a sub box would cost too much, especially with shipping. I did get some A&O stuff in a sale not long ago, but their latest stuff would be too pricey, which is a shame as I am a bookworm and absolutely adore this theme!
I understand - I wish the shipping would go back to normal or like it was a bit ago. I always feel so bad when my over seas friends can’t enjoy the boxes without paying so much
My fave box! FYI- I get it! FedEx is taking forever to deliver stuff. I’d pay extra to opt for another company. They throw stuff in my bushes and the last sub box was placed in plain view of my front walk. Ugh

I'm a little jealous that I didn't know about this box! I guess the desk aesthic was my gateway to the A&O culture which is library adjacent-ish. Hopefully they will re-issue this box or parts of it.

Since it's been a bit, i don't know that they will have anything exact, but sometimes they do bring things into the public fold if it's well liked.
I will use those binders, but only on my fancy potato chips bags though. LOL I didn't get those box, but I feel like I need those small books though! Off to see if someone is selling them!

I got this box and it is definitely one of top favorites. The notebooks are gorgeous! Btw I think I know what you can do with your mini picnic basket - hold your new rotating date stamp! lol

This is my first A&O sub box, I was lucky enough to grab one when they opened up sign ups. OMFG it's gorgeous, I love everything in it, and the fact that I can actually use everything is a big plus. I'm going to stay sined up for the december box and see what the sneak peeks show before I decide whether to cancel or not. :) Great video Mark, your enthusiasm made me smile.

I also think this is my favorite box to date. They are all special, but they really outdid themselves with this theme and it’s super “neutral” in style that I think applies to most people’s taste. I love the feeling of the covers on each of the notebooks too!

Agreed! The date stamp I’ve been having so much fun with and calligraphs are great neutral colors. Loving it all still a few weeks in. I’d love to see/hear if when you use your journals from this box. They currently feel too special that I haven’t been brave enough to begin using them yet 😂
Hey sir! That picnic basket can be used for salt + pepper shakers, sugar packets or tooth picks at a summer get together! 😂 You'll be sorry if you throw it away!

This was the best sub box probably ever. It sold out so that says a lot. I love it all except that washi that you didnt like, I also think I wont use that in my reading journal or in any journal. I will use it to seal my garden seed pakets though, that's what I do with ugly washi.
Everything was useful, I think that was the biggest draw. And another great idea for ugly washi use!
If it makes you feel any better, I still don't have mine in Australia 😞

I LOVED this box. I have my little picnic basket sitting on a shelf with a pair of batteries and some small business cards with discount codes to be used sitting inside it 😝
