    Great information. Does Sarasota have properties with HOA accommodation? In particular 2-bedroom villas.

    Thanks for sharing this information. Do you ever do tours of communities while physically walking or driving through the communities? Also, what about model home tours?

    • @LivingInSarasota
      @LivingInSarasota  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, we do a lot of tours. Many of our videos are tours of neighborhoods.

      Thanks. I was referring to in-person tours versus showing b-roll footage of communities?

      Oh, one other thought in addition to doing on-the-ground videos.....Maybe also interview residents of communities. So, for example, maybe you have a client that purchased in a particular community you're spotlighting. Why not interview them inside the community with the individual discussing the community's pros and cons. This would give viewers an intimate perspective of the community. This would also help differentiate your channel as I don't see any other realtors doing this.
      Your clients would probably also testify to how much you helped them as a realtor. :)

    Is Lehigh Acres part of Ft. Myers? Why would someone want to live in Lehigh Acres?

    • @cb750k1974
      @cb750k1974 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      In an attempt to answer my own question......after watching maybe three youtube videos.....Lehigh Acres is not part of Ft. Myers but is an unincorporated city in Lee County. Lehigh is for folks looking for affordability, who have a tight budget. If you prefer well water and septic tanks for sewage, Lehigh Acres is for you. Prefer to have your meals at home? Well you better because Lehigh does not offer dining experiences. Make sure you stock up on supplies because any meaningful shopping will require about 45 minutes of driving. An affordable bedroom community with little in shopping, services and infrastructure......that's Lehigh in a nutshell.
