    I am 56 years old and the question I asked my mother when I was arround 9/10 "why are we here ?"(which she couldn't answer) , has finally been answered! Its to simply be! Thank you Jon , its a very liberating thought.

    I love this more right with you than wrong with you, a wonderful thing to hear anywhere anyplace. Being accepted no matter what. Someone seeing good in you. Being present even in the worst moments allowing yourself to feel it all. Not defining yourself of uour mistakes loving yourself. This is has been my way of finding a way of loving myself and others and moving to the present.

    If you want to make the world, or just your world a better place. Listen to this way of being and thinking and seeing. It is so simple and practicle and also an example of something we have all been thinking about and wanting for a long time and poof! it appears! Thank you Jon

    Loving yourself truly enriches your ability to love others accepting life can be a s##% storm but if given a chance be balanced out with some stellar moments of compassionate loving time. Balancing out the scale of life.

    It's 2021 and there isn't any sign of mindfulness here in the UK. It isn't in school or prison. It was probably just for the news, unfortunately 😔
