Ramen is great. If you have time, Frank from 5AM Ramen does great reviews of genuine Japanese ramen. Alex the French guy does great technical cooking shows from all over and has been featuring ramen recently. PS I watch them both but still catch up with Janice every week for local goodness.
Always interesting and informative and entertaining, amazing to watch these skilled people all those hours of preparation just amazing
