What if they have SF in the starting line up?

Not good. Even if your capital ship starts first a faster SF can get their Leviathan to outrun yours to their ultimate.

@@space-monkiee i had a go last night and actually managed to do it with both line ups starting with SF! It does seem very rng dependant. I managed to kill their Sith Bomber while it hd healing immunity from my SF so the steadfast reinforcement(or whatever malgus ship buff is) didnt give full health and it died very quick.
