These were the golden days. Great tournaments and amazing scene. I'll never forget matching with Ogre 2 in FFA at MLG Orlando and taking down the FFA round on top of the scoreboard. It's a core memory😊

Crazy shit is, we use to kick pistola out of ffa's for years in halo2. Kept telling to get better and he could stay. Then 1 day, he was kicking us out and telling us to get better to stay. Lol, halo 2 and 3 was such an amazing time to be a gamer.

Any of you guys remember that one finals match. I think it was “triggers down” and and maybe “carbon” or “instinct” But one team was up 3 games in the winners bracket, and 4 caps in CTF, and had the whole team dead and was literally in the air jumping to cap the last flag to win the whole tournament. And then the connection dropped. And the rules were to replay the match. And they ended up losing 4 games in a row then losing the loser bracket 4 games in a row? If I’m remembering it correctly? I’ve been trying to find the video for this game forever, and when I meet an old school halo fan on infinite I always ask if they remember this event. But I can’t seem to find the video. Anyone remember this and know where I can find the video?

instinct in Halo Reach was final boss in my eyes, they even wanted to keep the name but MLG didn't let them. Ogre 2 is final boss.

Halo CE wasn't even talked about, where I would argue the Ogres were the most dominating. Who would go on to never lose a 2v2 series as well.
The video was about "Final Boss" but yeah, I agree if it was instead about the ogres, their 2v2 journey would be great to cover.
