Imo Madara and Guy The Best characters of the War period, this moment is beyond Epic. They Among The Best Naruto characters: Pain, Obito, Itachi, Madara, jiraya, Guy, Kakashi, orochimaru. Those ARE definitely The Best Creations of uncle kishimoto. Prove me wrong?

People misunderstand Hashirama cells, they can't make limbs grow. That wasn't what made madara left torso regrow, it was pure Sage of Six Path power.
No special eyes, No special bloodline, No sage art but martial art and he still slaying ! Guy is truly represented hard work, passion and positive vibes.
He represents discipline, he's a very japanese trait, and one that can take you anywhere.

All of Guy's 8 Gates abilities are named after the time of day and a beast.
*Asakujaku* = *Morning Peacock,* *Hirudora* = *Daytime Tiger,* *Sekizo* = *Evening Elephant* and *Night Guy*
That last one implies that Guy is a noble beast himself.

Gates are pretty close to ninjutsu. It's a forbidden technique after all. He would have never reached that power by training alone.

Madara also welcomed Guy's attacks instead of using his many jutsus to evade Guy's attacks. Madara could have used limbo, Almighty push, switched his body with a wood clone or multiple wood clones to confuse Guy because he's on a time limit, he could have also used susanoo, Amaterasu, and Tsukiyomi because Guy doesn't know that the rinnegan still allows Madara access to his EMS abilities. So much Madara could have did but plot restricted him to give Guy his moment to shine.

Madraa was planning to avoid that attack but might guy was so fast that he bend space. At your information when might guy that his first three step in eight gate madraa was not able to douge. @@ajayrathod7438 Susanoo can performed with no eyes. Which Madara already demonstrated. We never see Madara use Amaterasu but it's safe to assume he has it because he has Tsukiyomi and needs a 2nd power before he can unlock susanoo.
Madara could have been annihilated Guy before he got to that point of bending space or could have used wood style clones to fight Guy or just leave battle range until the jutsu expires. Madara didn't even try to use the Rinnegan 6 paths abilities. Madara could use Almighty push many times stronger than the one that destroyed Konoha but he never uses it. Almighty push can be used to target a specific thing by eyesight alone, making it very useful against Guy with all that speed. Don't forget Madara is fast as well. Dodging 2nd Hokage's flying thunder God and counter attacking Minato. Plot helped Guy tremendously, without it Madara would have easily destroyed him.
Sakumo: "At the rate hes training, that boy will become stronger than you."
Kakashi: "Dad, it ended up exactly as you predicted."

First Time he appeared, he said he was stronger than Kakashi. And everyone laughed. All of us.
Then he showed during Konoha's attack by Orochimaru that he was on Kakashi's back all the time, he was one of the few shinobi of the war that did not get a single scratch.
Then he showed NO FEAR opposing Kisame and Itachi. And Itachi Uchiha HIMSELF said he was not to be underestimated. People should have paid more attention then, I know I did. I knew from this very moment that there was going to be a moment were Guy will show that, after all, he was never boasting.
Guy was out during Pain's attack, because Kishimoto knew that if he was here, he would have used his trump card, and Kishimoto wanted to keep it for later.
Guy defeated Hoshigaki Kisame, who made the 8 Tails struggle and tricked him, the Raikage AND his sensor escorts.
Guy defeated EVERYONE who did not have regeneration power due to the Six Path.
Hatake Sakumo, someone more respected than the Sannin and a legend of the village knew immediatly. Hard work pays.
And Might Guy put Six Path Uchiha Madara in a worse state than the FIVE KAGE, the old Hokage, Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi AND THE WHOLE SHINOBI ALLIANCE together.
Kamui or not, I still to this day consider Might Guy Konoha's strongest Jonin during all these years before the war, while everyone thought it was Kakashi.
Guy himself is the proof that what he taught Lee was not confidence boost : it was the truth. Work harder than anyone and you will be able to to more than elites and gifted people.

Just a correction: Kisame didn't just make the 8 Tails struggle. He could have easily won that battle. Tail beasts are chakra, and Kisame drains chakra. The more chakra the enemy has, the strongest he is. That's why Guy was the perfect counter, since he doesn't use chakra.
Fun fact: the reason why guy knew about the move night guy is he has been doing it since the beginning. Its also known as DYNAMIC ENTRANCE
I always liked guy’s character but when this happened, he became a legend to everyone, to characters in the show AND fans reading/watching Naruto.
The respect he gained from Madara alone is worth a lot.

Naruto had only that orange spots and the toad eyes from his perfect toad sage mode. But now, he had just toad pupil, the orange spots disappeared, because in combination with hagoromo's chakra, his perfect sage mode became even more perfect (that's why just the toad eye remain as a sign of his sage mode), it's six paths perfect sage mode (combine with kurama's eyes).

The fact guy achieved that with no special ability is crazy. He didnt have any tailed beasts, no dojutsu, no special ninjutsu etc yet got that strong from just training.

Madara was already strong, now have rinnegan and ten tails the force of nature despite that guy left him half dead
To me the Night Guy moment is unexaggeratedly the BEST MOMENT of the entire series. Nothing compares to the emotion and hype and intensity of that single moment that Madara declares Guy as the strongest. Then the kick thats so powerful and fast that it almost kills a demi god(without the implanted hashirama cells/Tail beasts Madara 100% dies here, or if the kick had landed higher on his chest/neck). And we are left with a man who has sacrificed everything and seconds from dying being saved by a newly ascended Naruto. To me its untouched by the rest of the series.
It’s not hashirama cells that are healing but ying-yang release, Naruto mastered that too and helped Guy at the end, ying-yang is the creation of all things.

To address the Sage Mode eyes: regular Sage Mode is horizontal lines, Kurama grants vertical eyes and together they make a plus sign.
HOWEVER, what Naruto displays here is known as Six Paths Sage Mode (still has yet to add Kurama's chakra).

to clear things up, Madara and Hashirama weren't the *first* reincarnates, that was a mistranslation. Hagoromo meant to say they were the *previous* reincarnates, as in the ones that immediately preceded Naruto and Sasuke. There were hundreds of sets of reincarnates throughout the eons before them.

From what I understood its his sixpaths sage mode which doesn't have that orange thing around eyes he became a perfect sage and no abnormalities of a toad. He can use that mode because he is the pseudo jinchuriki of ten tails.
