This year’s class should be a lesson to all future freshman: if you’re not good at freestyling off the top then save yourself the embarrassment and come with something written. Cochise, SoFaygo and KayCyy all had some of the worst verses I’ve ever heard

This year was so disappointing. I really hope 2023 has a better class because these cyphers were so forgettable. 2021’s class wasn’t amazing but some of the cyphers/freestyles had some replay value, but I don’t feel that for most of the people this year
Honestly the only cypher that I would listen to on repeat is the Second Cypher. Had the best beat and three of the best cypher performances this year. ….And then you have Moneybagg Yo Jr.

I think the main problem was is that the beat was bad and then the groups they put together was horrible I’ve would’ve put the rappers with similar styles and like one or two people that has different styles in a group with a fire beat or like a simple of an old school beat that brings nostalgia and also bring the personality of the rappers
