    Thank you for the video! I have been using my board for 20 years and barely ever see other stylists using the same technique. Where do you get your boards from? I'm having trouble tracking down a replacement.

    I've been using a board to foil for over 20 years. Thanks for the tip about stacking the foils. Can't wait to try that tomorrow.

    Hi. I would love to know what brand of coloring brushes you use in your videos? They look so soft and easy to apply. Love your work!

    How long is that board? Do you need a longer board for longer hair.

    • @blushgirl.
      @blushgirl.  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I use a board. It is NOT a new technique. I learned to foil over 20 years ago with a board. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot to the acrylic cutting section and ask them to cut you a piece 10"x4". Works great!!

    • @blushgirl.
      @blushgirl.  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@karaspeckman8889 Hi Kara, I never said it was a new technique... just think it isn't utilised enough in salon, especially in Australia (where I am). I learnt the board when I was apprentice from my boss who was in her 60's!

      It is an acrylic board. It does have some flex to it but not too much!
