First: Get a calculator and add up the numbers as people give them to him. That'll give you a clue/hint. Second: Keep track of when he lets the audience clearly see the numbers-and his pushing of buttons-on the calculator and when he doesn't. Try watching it on a really large screen with very high definition; I can't quite read all the numbers clearly, but it sure looks like his addition is legit up to the seventh number. It seems to me he manipulates something with the numbers and the calculations he claims to be doing between getting the eighth number (150) and showing the result of 351.
