I wouldn't personally say someone is a genius for being a certain part of their career. For most things in the world, they can be achieved just by trying. Spending time in courses and practicing can get to a intermediate level. Remember, someone like Einstein advanced the level of understanding amungst all of science and he was regarded as a genius so calling Skrillex and this piano cover-er a genius is actually an insult to real geniuses.

Its not like a bunch of random noises are just thrown together and have a beat, verse and chorus, they always start behind the piano. This guy did a really nice cover, no denying that
