igår gikk jeg over stranden og det kom sand mellom tærne mine, det var en helt fantastisk følelse å bare føle den kalde sanden under mine føtter og så skylde dem i sjøen her i k-town ass, men slik har dere vel ikke på bondeland, eller hva jimmy?

@frispo73 Hellner hade usla klassiska skidor. Det hade blivit mer match om han haft bra skidor.
@LimesNorrlandicus Du er klar over at dette er fra stafetten, ikke 30 km med skibytte. Hellner hadde gode ski her.

For all of u haters! There has alwasy been a fight between Norway and Sweden! If it hadn't M.Hellner or Sweden at all he wouldn't be showing of like he did. Btw Hellner stood on 1 ski across the finish line during the sprint! It is and will always be a war between Norway and Sweden (not officially ofc). I agree that he can be childish, however his attitude has improved from where it used to be.
Accept that he is the best and stop with the hatred (unless u're a swede ; ) ).

@sexytimeleif Petter Northug is one of the smartest, fastest, and has a psychological advantage over the other "not-even-close-to-northug-guys". Marcus Hellner beat Northug in the sprint. BUT, If you watch the video of the sprint again by this awesome uploader, you can clearly see that Northug doesn't have anything to give when Hellner starts his incredible rush in the hill formerly known as "Hellner bakken" Simply because he was nowhere near his best shape. Exactly like Hellner wasn't yesterday
It's surprising that so many people fail to realize that it was an injoke. Hellner and Northug are good friends. The Swedes are just as good at rubbing it in.
(I like Swedes, by the way, so I hope Swedes can see Petter's actions for what they are; a joke).

@sexytimeleif And if you have seen Petter Northug at his best, you would know that nothing would stop him from catching up with Hellner just like that. If Northug had been at his best, he would have no problem whatsoever to catch up with Hellner and then won the race.
Northug could have went full speed from the beginning of that hill yesterday, and crushed everyone. But he does have one more race on Sunday, maybe he does it then, we'll see.

I think the discussion about who has oil and not is silly.
You all should remember that Norway had the biggest shipping fleet in the world and would still have that if we did not have oil.

@LimesNorrlandicus Listen, what you are proposing is completly wrong, we could not live of the oil fund for generations. The oil fund is called Norway's pension fund, meaning its purpose is making a sustainable future for Norway's pensioners being able to pay their lifecost. Look at Greece and how they tried to follow an ideology similar to Norway's and went bankrupt because of no pension-fund. We could rather take some of the oil money and use it on research in renewable energy.

Originally I was upset that Harvey celebrated the way he did. Now I'm not so sure it bothers me anymore. Can't wait for Harvey to crush Northug in the 50 again. We're going to find out what a crowd of 100 000 people going completely silent is like!

That's rubbish - it's just bad attitude and that has nothing to do with nationality. I would consider this very poor sportsmanship even if he won an individual race ahead of two Norwegians. And it's rather atypical of Norwegians I would have thought, but perhaps I have the wrong image in my mind. And no, I am not Swedish.
