What is the benefit of putting your tracing marks on the back of the new templates if you are putting foam over it? Do you also then transfer those marks (dots, letters, numbers, etc) onto the foam?

One can never have enough witness marks in upholstery I feel, hidden the sew allowance is easily discovered when in doubt, it’s not a lot of work, happy sewing
