I believe the orginal inspiration behind Eldlich and Eldland was the famous Spanish Pirate/Privateer called Cortez. The stolen Aztec gold was rumored to be cursed and untold lives was shed to obtaon it. The Spanish were ruthless in killing the native South Americans and taking their wealth from their empire. Rumors were that after stealing rhe gold, rhe Spanish faced the same level of disease, killings and the like because of the gold that was taken. This same account is also the plot base for Pirates of the Caribbean, Curse of the Black Pearl. Any wondee then that Eldlich the Golden Lord is based on Correz himself and the trap cards themselves bearing Spanish names and terms is heavily implied

Imagine a souls-like boss fight with this song. Normal Phase: You start fighting Aluber the Jester of Despia, then half way through the theme changes to the "key card moment". Aluber summons Dramaturge of Despia and you have to continue the fight as a 2v1. Then as soon as you defeat one of them, the other in a similar way to Ornstein and Smough, absorbs the power of the other, fusing together to form Masquerade the Blazing Dragon or Despian Quaeritis (depending of whom you defeated first) and the climax theme starts playing.
Might be a bit of a hot take but this is perfect music for fighting a Runick Orcust deck: Battle- you set a small board up but something is off and you are surprised at first to see a familiar card string with the orcust but it stops abruptly and then you see the runick card that summons Hugin Keycard- it’s a slow mill, it’s bad and you know it but are almost powerless to stop it as what little of a board you establish slowly falls apart. You fight the slow mill with everything you have, they can’t get you on the first turn and going back to your turn only seemed to burn you more but you manage to scrap together some board, weaving between destruction and negates and just as it seems like the onslaught has ended, it’s their turn again… only this time they go straight to battle Climax- Your board is wiped as they slam into you with a link 4 and The Dawning Star, they almost finish you but it would appear a gap in the spam is left open, with few cards left you can still make a board and as you draw your card to reestablish a board- Actually I’ll leave that for y’all to finish
I know I will be the minority in this one but I feel like this theme.... is too "Master Duel''ey? Again choir and trumpet, gets stale..... Why not continuing with the cello theme and add some dubstep'y tone to it? To rev the BGM up, add some spark to it Edit: one of better examples would be probably OVERWERK - Virtue, since it also uses some string instruments in it, combined with bit slower BPM but has that "halloween'ish" tone to it
This song is very different in cadence and tone from others in the soundtrack. Theme #12 is the closest to what you might refer to, but no, your mf "Dubstep" has nothing to do with the genre's true sound and your example proves it -It's not even close to 140 BPM, for fuck's sake. You think a random bunch of synths makes it Dubstep? Why? XD

Also, ill have to disagree with your "very different" part. Especially in Keycard moment : the selection of instruments and addition of choir is used in vast number of songs in the game.The beginning is great, the rest is meh at best. But still, it is a matter of prefference, highly subjective

Might be a bit of a hot take but this is perfect music for fighting a Runick Orcust deck:
Battle- you set a small board up but something is off and you are surprised at first to see a familiar card string with the orcust but it stops abruptly and then you see the runick card that summons Hugin
Keycard- it’s a slow mill, it’s bad and you know it but are almost powerless to stop it as what little of a board you establish slowly falls apart. I feel as though the vocals aren't needed. They detract from the songs. Keycard is great until they come in, and thankfully they don't last that long.
