Beautiful car... wrong auction... That group of old folks had no clue.
I think this is one of the coolest builds GMG ever made.
It is one thing to take a super cool car and make it cooler.

i watched this show on discovery long time ago . Now after many years this memories me of my past.
My great aunt had one of these and it was an absolute floating beast. She'd get a 12 pak and we'd set out for the weekend leaving from Bozeman, MT driving all the way to Whitefish,MT to go to Glacier National Park to see my great uncle.i was a kid. She'd never be shit faced and that's where I learned how to drive at 8 yrs old sitting on her lap as we set sail at 100mph becuz no speed limit existed. That car was her baby and it was beautiful

Should have left this old beauty as stock as possible. Buffed her up cost effectively and not scared off the older buyers .
But I must add....hind sight is 20/20 and Richard is very successful doing it his way.

The wheels killed this car...awful choice
The car is cool. Black was the perfect color. But the wheel size was really silly. When it was up all the way it looked awful. 20's would've been better
This Lincoln is not sold higher cause of the wrong auction. If it is keep simple and feel like stocks it will go to 40k. The bidders are old folks. Air suspension ruined it.

The rims and tires are really hideous! Should have also stripped off the vinyl roof. It would have looked bad ass with a hard top and nicer rims/tires.
They rode like a dream when they first come off the production line I like you guys a lot but you always mess up the cars you know and I'm not even sorry for saying it cuz I'm old school the car Road amazing down the highway just like they were you guys cut and chop and Destroy Americana

The big problem with this build was scuffing out all the chrome. Why on earth did they think that was a good idea??
Also @2.20 lincolns use a fail safe system where the front and rear brakes are entirely independent. A rusted out brake line will cause the brakes to lock up, not let loose. Regardless, it's a Goodrich derived system from aircraft where you will never be left without brakes
The guys at Texas metal do it way better.
The show needs a little grammatical lesson about the differences between run and ran.
