Davi Ramos There are two options to reset the password. The first is to log into the OMC Software programmer. This is usually done by your installing distributor. Go to "Subscribers/Basestations List" followed by double clicking the extension you want to reset the password for. Then click the "password" key to get to a window that allows you to reset the password to default. Depending on the age of your system there are different default passwords. Speak with your local installing distributor for that information. The second option can be completed by an attendant phone. In the Menu tab of an attendant phone select, "Oper" and input the password - your installing distributor can help you if you don't have this password. Then select SUBSCR and input the extension number you wish to default. The extension name and number will come up and you can select the button PWDRES to reset the password. Press the hangup key to leave the programming menu. The next time the user presses their mailbox key they will be prompted to set a new password.
The OmniPCX Office cabinet and phone power adapters can be used on both 110v and 220v power. The cabinet has a jumper/dip switch for 220v usage, but be sure to contact your local Alcatel dealer before powering up your equipment.
The 4008 station cannot be plugged directly into the public telephone network, it must be used in conjunction with an Alcatel-Lucent communication system, such as the OmniPCX Office or OmniPCX Enterprise platforms.
