counter traps are traps that can activate after your opponent activates a spell/trap/ or monster effect and either nagates the effects or does something else like defending your life point etc. A comeback victory is when yiu have one thousand lifepoints and your opponent has more lifepoint then you and you defeat them, that will count as a comeback victory.
and i think that they are all mainly from the first few boxes( and i just added random spellcasters and fiends to go with yami yugis skill, with the field spell, i just focused on summoning MOBC and dark magician)
You need to have less life points than them in the turn that you won the duel in. So you can just let them beat you down, and then lower their life points just above yours, and then in the last turn finish them off

How do u make the characters to go lvl 30 and 40 at the gate
you have to beat the lvl 10 and lvl 20 of the character

you defeat said character at the gate, it does not matter what lvl your stage is or the lvl of the character that you are using
What cards did you use? I only know a few like the magician of black chaos and shard of greed but i don't know the rest

Because to unlock him you need to activate counter traps, and i didnt really need shard of greed.
