For me I was in a zoom meeting while playing a game on my other screen. The meeting was formal and yet when I died I shouted the F word and the whole meeting went quiet. Lucky for me I got off scott free but from that point on I allways check my Mic while playing games during meetings.
Not gaming, but on a work meeting call last night I forgot to mute, and burped quite loudly. It wasn't too bad until I said it smelled to myself.
In my defense, Zoom mutes automatically, while the actual phone needs to be muted manually. Oh well.

was playing rocket league and this kid on my team who had to have been like at absolute most 11 years old had his mic on and i hear (presumably) his dad yell to someone "NO, HE DIDNT KILL HER."
Years ago during a WoW raid a guy was explaining how to do an achievement while getting taken from behind. He could not cover up his moaning. He ended up going afk and it messed up the achievement.
Had a friend who left the mic on while he was busy with his girl and a friend yelled out at least mute the mic then the dude who got busy left the Xbox party, after he was like my bad it got to me we all laughed at him
My husband once forgot to turn off his mic in his gaming room during a Discord call with friends. We were having sex in the living room nearby. Luckily there was only one person online at that time and he was really cool about it. He left the call once he realized what those sounds were and it has never affected our friendship cuz he's a real chill guy.
