There are reasons why I didn't know about it, but becuz of how late I am - I do take blame for some of the spoilers. Especially since I do want to watch behind the scenes. Basically, I'm catching up at my own time 😂
I felt bad for Max, the judgement from the L community depicted toward his life choice reeked of a double standard within the context of the show. After all the show was at its essence, a vehicle to help normalise the community within the greater 'Joe Average' world. And in that context, it did an admirable job.
Loved this! Alice was point on about how things in first seasons are even more relevant today. I LOVE this trio but it could have been even better if Ilene wouldn't have killed Dana. Wait...eh..she didn't really kill her persay?? Dana was chosen I suppose because only she could play the most believable portrayal needed for that most important woman's issue which is breast cancer. BUT...I wish Dana could be reprised as a twin who happens to be straight and never knew of her twin sister or that she was adopted. She'd just show up at cafe' while on her way from cross country to someplace. Alice would see her and go.."Dana?". I mean, if Alice's "Vampirist" date could lift her in the air and Helena who'd taken Bette thru pure hell could be riding with her in a snow lift then dammit Dana should be reprised because she's one hell of a great cast member. And the twin's name could be something like..Cameron, or even better Danielle?

As a Christian who chooses celibacy, it would be great if this dynamic was shown on the show. Also there should be a male and female intersex character on the show as well. Aside from being born both sexes I stand by the belief that most gender identity issues stem from emotional trauma or molestation. I have not seen the show in a while, but if these complexities have not been explored they should be. There is a small part of the LBGTQI community that is that way due to experimenting.
