How do i turn off the infotainment screen? Is it not an option? I couldn’t find it in the user’s manual

Long press the volume button, it will turn off and display Ford logo and Time

I have Ford Territory 2024 Titanium model, but I don’t see ambient light option. I have asked Ford service center to upgrade the infotainment software but they said ambient light changing option not available or no software update available..

Hi I just ordered the 2024 Titanium as well based in UAE. When I test drove the car there was no ambient light option but the salesman assured me that there will be when I receive my car. Can you please confirm if the agency figured out your problem and updated your car so that you now have it?

Ambient light available only in Titanium model..
But my concern was, I cannot change the ambient light color.
Here in this video it is showing that we can change the color.
Also I checked with agency here in KSA and as per them color changing options not available, only one color.
Let me know if you received car with color changing options.

Changing color options not available in Saudi Arabia.
May be in future they will update the software.
