Could you please show to the camera the button/knob you are actually pressing/turning? We can hear what controls you use but where exactly are those controls? Show them to make the tutorial worth watching.
Can you re do this video, It would be more beneficial to get a camera stand and aim it down on the console. It's hard to follow along when we can't see what you're doing.

I'd love to see this video done properly, but the camera isn't aimed at the things you're talking about so it's impossible to follow.
