Mr president you do good work for our country we really need peace no more fighting
Hemedti?
It seems like the mr president really want peace in S Sudan , that is why he appointed the same man for the third time, please mr vice president make it happen make it possible, we need peace in south Sudan, one love from the Netherland
Contradictory deals and impossibilities cannot bring about peace. The truth is neither external nor internal conditions for peace are possible for the case of South Sudan without a change in political perspective among the sponsors and guarantors of peace for that country. That's to say the way forward in South Sudan lays with the IGAD's approach to conflict resolution and a change in the leadership in Juba. It is this that could constitute the exit plan out of the ongoing conflict in South Sudan.
But there is a difference between an agreement and peace. These guys have reached no agreements and as such, no guarantees, on whether repititive appointments of Mr. Machar, are no answers to what really has gone wrong in South Sudan. Machar could be dismissed any time when it becomes necessary: In my view, for claiming democratic credentials and rule of laws without having ever practiced them
My point is there is also a difference between lawlessness and democracy. It is not a matter of Nuers vs. Dinka. Nuers had never elected amongst themselves a single leader.
awesome
