To build a bigger chest, you are better off doing slow negatives, not dropping then bouncing out of the bottom. Try 2-3 second negatives, sometimes with a pause/stretch at the bottom and your chest will blow up much quicker than just bouncing.

I've been doing incline, decline, regular push ups for years, 500daily. I do 4-6 sets of 25... Chest looking better @ 60 yrs old, better than it ever has.
Looking at his chest he knows way more than me but I was thinking the same thing so I came to the comments to see if anybody else noticed that he had that reversed.
good stuff,I was the push up king in my neighborhood when I was young,thats back in the islands,I struggle to do15 now,but I believe in natural exercise, use the body,so therefore,even if you dont exercise for a while,your body still remains in good shape,unlike pumping iron, if you take a break your muscles became soft and swoggy
im doing these on my bathtub but slower , then perhaps switch positions for decline and incline. A suggestion for people wanting to work indoors. thanks man

Nice video. Good exercises. Just only one comment... In his case, when he's doing incline push-up he's working lower chest. When he's doing decline pushups, he's working upper chest. When you using barbell, it's opposite.

What if you can't do multiple sets of 25 push ups? Should you do a bunch of sets to failure instead? As many reps as you can to failure until you hit a certain number in total?

For Bench Press :
Incline Bench press - upper chest
Bench press - middle chest
Decline Bench Press - lower chest
For Push ups:
Elevated feet ( decline push ups ) - upper chest
push up - chest
Elevated arms ( incline push ups ) - lower chest
