Usually a subbed man, but for stuff like Persona 5, Full metal alchemist and Dragonball for example, they are reasons why I prefer the dubbed in some anime/games due to the fact the dub making better use of the humor.

There is no official statement concerning the canon status of royal vs strikers. I'd say Morgana not talking about being a human at all in strikers means he learned from the events of royal.
