That reflection is actually the upper half of the Lower body Mita that showed you the key to the basement where you met kind Mita. If long leg Mita couldn't archive her version, This Mita, in theory, got her version corrupted in the Archive process.
The Secret Lame cans are just secret cans that are in every level as far as I know. There is another one in The Loop chapter on the ground behind a clock and one more (that I know of) behind a table with Chibi Mita. And for "Mita Hide" I have no idea what that means. Hope this helps
I always read it as MitaHides, as in there is a Mita hiding in the game or one of the Mita's hides something. If you look next to the text there is a drawing of a 3D axis, with an arrow pointing outside or something.
I didn't show it in the video because it ultimately led to nothing but I did run all over that water area and looked around with photo mode and saw nothing though it could indicate a hidden Mita around where each can is found since that one in the video is hiding "underwater".
I had no time to do these "research" on my own so after seeing vids like this of showcasing how detailed the game was, it makes me appreciate Aihasto devs even more than it should be. This is indeed their passion project and I hope they will keep doing the same effort and love to their games. Cuz I've seen Indie devs that turned into tardiness and rtrdiness.

I did find one in the bathroom in chapter 2 as well. Maybe the can itself is a Mita called 'MitaHide'.

Unfortunately I tried and... The game doesn't let you. The protagonist backs away from the computer automatically and you can't type it anymore.
