Sir mere interview me pucha gaya ki flatness 50micron hai to iski minimum value kya hogi
Or rufness maximum 15 magi hai to iski minimum kya hogi

It is very good and tricky question. If you understand well what the flatness is then u can easily give an Answer.. in this question 50 micron is the tolerance zone hence the surface must be in the two imaginary planes which will be 50 micron away from each other thhen the minimum value could be zero micron.
And for your second question subscribe my channel and wait for the video on roughness

    Sir
I have one doubt, how to specify/define flatness tolerance zone(like two parallel planes).
I mean where we take that tolerance zone. How to calculate. What is the calculation behind it.?

It depends on the application and relationship with the mating parts also we have to consider the limitations for manufacturing and the cost to maintain the tolerance. Unnecessary lower tolerance zone will increase the cost for manufacturing
