This video is a little challenge between me and the incredibly talented Stella from @SimplystellaTV ! We challenged each other to recreate a miniature reproduction of a lovely winter holiday themed room (link in description). @@recoveringsoul755 thank you! haha, it is just convenient for me as in Poland we have metric system and thus inches don't really mean much to us ;) I like it, it's easy to calculate, looks cute and uses up less materials and takes up less space. But I work in other scales as well :)
@@minihappyartI'm glad you used a metric scale for this miniature Christmas Fireplace because I live in Australia and we use the metric system too. When I work in inches I have to convert them to centimetres in my head first!😅
What a gorgeous Christmas Fireplace, I love all the attention to detail that you put into this, especially the little chimney that you can drop presents down, so they land right in the fireplace. That was a brilliant idea. Thank you so much for sharing this great video tutorial with us. I'm making a Christmas Shadow Box at the moment and I want to make a miniature fireplace to go inside it, so videos like yours are really helpful. Thank you so much. Love from Amanda Jones in Australia ❤
I'd love to see your finished mantelpiece 😍 if you could email me photos to minihappyart@gmail.com that would be great, I love seeing what people create! ❤ thank you for the kind words and have a great day!
Both you and Stella did a fine job. I admired your drawing of the blue tiled wood stove. And your presents and Santa down the chimney was a funny touch!!!
@@minihappyart Thanks so much! My eyes aren’t the best so I couldn’t work out what it was 🤓😂 Your work absolutely blows my mind & Im so glad I found your channel!!! Happy (& safe) Holidays to you & yours ❤️
Lovely diorama fireplace you've got there 👏💯 Do you have an email where you could give me some tips on a particular miniature fireplace model that I'd like to start? I just need your expertise on how I should go about assembling the parts together from it's interior to exterior.

So sweet!! Why do you use 1:20 scale? Seems an odd number when most use 1:12 or 1:6 or 1:24
