      Hey Kareem, great question! When it comes to dopamine, there are various factors that can boost its levels, and yes, even chocolate is on the list! We've covered this topic in one of our videos, so be sure to give it a watch. Now, shifting to serotonin, the scientific evidence is less convincing. Some studies hint at tryptophan, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and magnesium as potential serotonin boosters, but the research isn't as robust. I hope it helps!
