The line “through space and time…” always gets me. Now in my 50’s I would give away half of possession to have been there more. Don’t make that mistake I have made. It’s always the journey (no pun intended) and everyone you share it with, not the destination.

He has always been a one woman man and because of the travel he could never keep a girlfriend. I grew up with his girlfriend Sherry the one from his video. (Oh sherry ) she is the true reason he walked. She broke his heart he tried everything but giving up journey. Until it was to late. Sad thing is when he did finally found true love she ended up dying of cancer that’s why his new Lp is so sad he wrote from his heart.
There was a bus for the artists, a bus for the engineering crew and 4 tractor trailors that went from concert to concert. A year on the road. For 8 years. 2 month break each year to record a new album that went platinum each time. Always arenas and stadiums to accomodate sell out concerts. 2 MTV vjays compared them as Americas Led Zeppelin. Music still holds up today and passes the test of time.
