This album *is* Christmas for me. My mother used to buy a tree and decorate the heck out oif it, creating a jolly Christmas atmosphere. And while doing so, this album (we had the 'hard copy' i.e. the actual LP) was on repeat. You better believe that when I started having a family and doing Christmas with my own wife and kids that this album (digital, we lost the actual album unfortunately) is alsoo on repeat. My family *expects* this album to be on when we decorate the tree! As it should be. And every time it is on and I look at the tree being decorated by my wife and kids I cannot help having a little tear in the corner of my eyes and think of mom during Christmas listening to the same music. One of those highlights in your life that never fades and is passed onto the next generation. This album is now also Christmas for my wife and kids 🙂

my family didn't have a lot of money for the "extras" during the year, "it was always wait til Christmas",, that was that one time of year when wishes came true, my mom and dad saw to that.. this album was played constantly during December,, hearing it now brings back those memories from the late 60's and early 70's,, now 50 years later I'm lucky enough to still be able to celebrate it with my mom and dad and thanks to them, i still feel like a kid at Christmas time

I grew up in Guatemala and every Christmas my mom always played this vinyl long play at that time I did not understand any words in english but for music is no language, then I came to USA when I was 14(1973) and the first thing I was looking in the stores was the Ray Connif long play music, years later I learned how to speak English and now I enjoy and understand this classic and great music. Thanks Ray Connif, now I keep listening every December until I die.

Ray Conniff Christmas albums were playing since I can remember in my home when growing up...through the 60s, 70s, and on and now in the 20s. I have to play these songs along with other artists like Frank Sinatra, Pery Como, Nat King Cole, and others to make the holiday complete.
I'm amazed at the number of people who grew up with this album and played it throughout the Christmas season, like I did as a little girl. One of my favorite memories with my father. We put it on the record player and decorated the tree and kept it playing. I'm proud to say I still have the album and I play it for my family. My dad had the vinyl record for this back in the 70's when I was a child. We always started playing it on Thanksgiving along with the other ones. My dad has been gone for a year and a half now, but this brings back those great memories.

This is the Christmas album that I used to play 1st thing in the morning when we were still in the Philippines. My daughter loves this so much that every time she hears these songs, her childhood memories always flash back. Now that she got a house of her own, she wants me to play this whenever I sleep over with them.
The album takes me to those days when my grandfather would play these on the stereo, and I would dance with him play around him , hum the songs along with him .... It's been 12 long years without him and I miss Christmas without him ...hearing it , it takes me back to those days of my childhood from where I learnt so much from him.

Ray Conniff Christmas albums were playing since I can remember in my home when growing up...through the 60s, 70s, and on and now in the 20s. I have to play these songs along with other artists like Frank Sinatra, Pery Como, Nat King Cole, and others to make the holiday complete.
I'm 19 and I just discovered these guys and gals. They're amazing!
I'm amazed at the number of people who grew up with this album and played it throughout the Christmas season, like I did as a little girl. One of my favorite memories with my father. We put it on the record player and decorated the tree and kept it playing. I'm proud to say I still have the album and I play it for my family. It warms my heart and fills me up with the Christmas spirit. Merry Christmas to you all! God Bless you and your families this season!

Today, 2018 I wonder how people like Ray Coniff could even think of making beautiful music like he did. This shows that those of this era had superb intelligence. And today? I will always remember this LP! This brings to me the most beautiful memories about past christmas with beloved people who is now with the lord. My grandma told me "this choir sounds like angels singing", and i truly believe she's listening the angels right now. Thanks for this beautiful music!

My dad had the vinyl record for this back in the 70's when I was a child. We always started playing it on Thanksgiving along with the other ones. My dad has been gone for a year and a half now, but this brings back those great memories.

Whenever I listen to this I'm always reminded of my Dad. This was his favorite Christmas album. I can still remember vividly hearing ray Conniff Christmas songs at night almost all through the month of December.
This is the Christmas album that I used to play 1st thing in the morning when we were still in the Philippines. My daughter loves this so much that every time she hears these songs, her childhood memories always flash back. Now that she got a house of her own, she wants me to play this whenever I sleep over with them.

The album takes me to those days when my grandfather would play these on the stereo, and I would dance with him play around him , hum the songs along with him .... It's been 12 long years without him and I miss Christmas without him ...hearing it , it takes me back to those days of my childhood from where I learnt so much from him.
