If you watch more of these videos, youll notice that these "Farang" home, desperately tries to be a western, modern home, something close to what you would see here in the states...but it misses out on some details...like having a full kitchen inside like you said...but i guess its a trade off overall...you dont get all that and a pool let alone furnished for 150k here in the states. The lack of a kitchen inside would be a dealbreaker for me even for 150k.

Awesome presentation. The architect also did a great job on the layout and decor. Lots of natural light, very bright and welcoming.
I will say that one concern would be because its so close to nature, I could foresee a problem with snakes and other critters but that's almost to be expected at any ground level unit in Thailand.

The "architect" of this home should be FIRED. No cooking in the kitchen? You have to go outside in the heat or rain to cook meals? In a house that costs over $150k US Dollars? That is crazy! Even the smallest efficiency apartments in Thailand renting for less than $200 USD have a kitchen to cook in. A swimming pool is not more important than having a kitchen inside to cook in.

This is nicely done. I think the grass is artificial? I would add a breakfast bar where the marble table is as there is not enough food prep or storage, and glass door rather than curtains in the bathroom would improve this further. It's probably $20k cheaper than an equivalent property in Hua Hin. Very nice presentation from a beautiful realtor. 😊

I know some old Thai homes have outdoor kitchens..but how can you sell a new home that costs over $150k USD..which is a lot of money to build a home in Thailand..and NOT put a kitchen inside it to cook in?! I would never buy a home without a kitchen inside to cook in..and much less for this much money. The kitchen is the heart of a home. It is where family and friends gather to cook and eat and socialize. But you want me to go outside in the heat, rain and with bugs to cook my meals..and still charge me $150 thousand dollars for my home? That is crazy! Who cares if a home has a swimming pool if you don't even have a kitchen inside to cook in? Pools are not important..inside kitchens are. Even Gim looked unhappy talking about this. She knew this was a bad home design. Please don't insult us by offering such a poorly designed home costing so much money that only an idiot would purchase without an indoor kitchen! ☹👎
