Same! Fox bodies were my fav mustangs as a kid. Then I liked 98s too. But when this came out and it was rubbing against my ultimate dream car (Supra). And folks even named it, American Supra . It was easily my fav top tier mustang! All the new ones don’t come close! Folks will argue that they are faster.. (newer ones).. and I’d say, “is that what it’s all about to you kids??”🤷🏼♂️ Anything can be “faster” w money… The terminator has that nostalgia, especially for those who grew up w it. And the sound!!! Nothing sounds like it or better! The new dodges are closer sounding than an new stang is! 😬… It used to make the hair on my arms stand up as a kid when I’d hear one randomly w exhaust! So loud , deep and mean!🔥🔥
04 Cobra Owner here....same color, lowered same wheels, but 17 x 10.5 out back crazy to see this car, it is my twin for sure....tell people all the time there is NOTHING like a 0304 Cobra anymore!!!!!

That terminator is one of the few cars you can buy enjoy it for a few yrs and then sell it the same price you paid for. Incredible, underrated hp, and the V8 torque sound ❤😢, makes me sad that I don't own one.

I am not just saying this either but that is one of the best sounding Mustangs or car exhaust I have ever heard to the point on my computer it isnt just loud you feel it so I can only imagine what it must be like in real life. I laughed when you started the car and the guy next door head snapped looking around and had to vacate where he was standing talking on the phone. The Terminator Cobra is a badass Mustang and have to always remind myself that is the 4.6 liter engine that is under the hood. I always want to think it is a 5.4 liter but nope. You did an amazing job with that car if you had not said howw much horsepower it had I would have guessed close to 800 from the sound of it. Tip my hat to that beast.
Super nice Cobra! Did he say who his tuner is? At his power level, he shouldn't need to go with an aftermarket ECU. If he is having tuning issues, he should switch tuners. 04Sleeper over on SVTPerformance makes these things run like stock and he does remote tuning - tell him to check reach out to him. But it may also be his cams causing it to run rough.

Last time I hit the rev limiter I broke a timing chain 😅. Rev limiter is set to 7200rpm so not factory. Plus you go slower if you’re hitting the limiter.
