IDK Mel obviously has exceptional makeup skills and obviously lighting helps but this is a really subpar palette given the hype. I don't think Anastasia would make so much profit if she didn't use influencers and if things were based on quality alone.

I love this palette so much. It creates such beautiful, wearable, every day looks. I’ve had no issues with blending, so long as I use good quality brushes and a light hand in the pan and on the eye. You gave me such beautiful inspiration! Thank you so much! I love watching you apply eye shadow!
My Modern Renaissance has a decent amount of kick up, so does my Soft Glam, and yes my Norvina palette does as well. But I don’t dig in my palette, I just dab the brush in and build up the pigment on my eye. I have zero problems with any of my ABH palettes, they all look new even though they’re the ONLY palettes I use. I’d rather have a palette where I just need a little bit of product to do a look, than one I have to swirl my brush around a ton, because the palette lasts way longer!! If I’m ever doing a dark look, I do my eyes first, but for the most part I do my my face makeup first, and I don’t have to worry about fall out. Everyone has different preferences, but if you like Modern Renaissance, you should have no complaints about the Norvina palette.

Thank you for doing this! A lot of YTers are slamming this palette, but I get the sense that they’re doing it for views. I wore a very wearable, but visible and fun, look and these shadows did NOT budge. There was no fallout, there was no fading into a bruise-y mess, nothing. I do not do a lot of dramatic looks AT ALL and I love this palette. I ordered it based on your comments, and I’m glad I did!
I understand that not everyone will love the palette but I agree... sadly, I think it’s the “new thing” to hate on products or brands. I’m all for letting people know when a product is bad or if something just didn’t work for me but I can’t get on Makeup hate trains.

What an interesting look you have for the fourth eye shadow look with the purple/lavender in the creese and the soft matte brown on the lid - my favourite and quite unusual

Yes! I love kiss lashes! Wish more people used them, they’re so cheap and comfortable. I use mine over 20 times a pair so they last a long time too!

Really liked the last look. I do a similar look with my Mac shades Vanilla, Quarry and Trax. That color Base is actually really beautiful.
