Ralph, at the time, was also doing You Don’t Say! for NBC, and this pilot used a lot of the same staff and crew.

1:36 The musical intro is SO INTENSE (At 1,25x is more intense). A gigantic waste that was used in an unsold pilot…

This later became 50 Grand Slam?

I was about to suggest that. The only difference was that two people competed in each category. These are the first two segments of the debut program.
Also note that the pilot was for a live show that would be aired weekly in prime time. 50GS turned out to be a daily show.

This is Beat the Clock meets Let's Make A Deal meets The $64,000 Question.

2 things about this unsold game show are: I know this was taped for NBC Primetime in January of 1966 and Monty Hall was still doing Let’s Make a Deal in the afternoon while in its 3rd season at that time when it aired for 25 minutes prior to it expanding to a half hour in 1967!

It's clear, because the pilot was taped at NBC in Burbank.

So it's a stunt version of $64,000 Question, but with a cheaper prize pool. The obvious issue here is that this format was way out dated when it was made in 1966.

I know this is just a demo show, but I think none of them accomplished any of the tasks, the camera keeps cutting away.
