Weight, reps, total work volume, strength, efficiency, cardio, and much more. All customizable. ♾🔁⏲ Workout Formats ➜ We've introduced more ways you can design client workouts. Quickly build any Interval, AMRAP, Regular, or Timed workout! All come with their own progress trackers and progress insights. More ways to build workouts and training plans for your clients. Or build your own format. 👤Client Portal/Dashboard Improvement ➜ We've redesigned Client portal pages to make them look more professional and provide a better place for client engagement and tracking. The main improvement is the calendar where you can organize training and clients can easily view/access today's session details/workouts. We've also added client assessments where you can store notes on a client's overall health/body/strength over a certain period. We've also added different questionnaires you can share with clients during onboarding. 📅💪✅ Training Programs ➜ You now have the option to design and share training programs. These are similar to training plans, but they allow you to track the client's workout progression and set automatic repeating sessions/workouts. This is a more long-term training option to plans.
