      @@Dragonborn.Fitness Yes. You can perform a test where you add your own email as a guest on a training plan page (use a separate email to the one in your Notion account). After you receive the invite link in your email inbox, you can see if there's any information missing (exercises, workouts etc), as well as different levels of access (edit or view only). There are instructions on how to share in the WIKI section titled "Sharing with Clients" that goes through the initial steps required and the options for sharing workouts, meals, plans and whole client dashboards for clients to access and track their progress (depending on what status you give them).       @@Dragonborn.Fitness You also have the option to turn the training plan page to public to see what is viewable. Go to Share (top right) > Publish > Publish To Web. If you paste the published link in a new tab, you'll be able to see what a client would see if you shared the plan with them. Make sure to unpublish the page after the test.

    It seems that there's some mistakes in the formulas. For an example, I chose to start the 09/01/2024 and end the 29/01/2024. My start weight is 75kgs, my target weight is 60kgs. So I have to lose 15kgs in 4 weeks. I created 2 Entry : - 09/22/2024 65kgs - 09/15/2024 70 kgs This is what it’s shown : - Weekly Target : 8,08kgs ----- 2 weeks left - Monthly target : 34,62 kgs ----- 0 months left - You’ve lost 37,5kgs Per week That’s not correct. How can I solve these problems and see the correct numbers ? Edit : I know the date are wrong as we are only 09/15/2024 but I did it to see if it’s working well before adding my weekly tracking

    When I've lost weight, how do i update the target's table? do i add a new row or do i keep editing the start weight? could u make a more in depth video on how to use each part of the page?

      The weekly and monthly targets are automatically updated when you make progress to help increase your accountability towards your goal and deadline. Once you've reached a goal weight and want to set a new goal, you can always add a new target weight and extend the deadline to keep all your progress. Or you have the option to use the Reset tables button to start a new tracking period (up to you).

    I wanna buy, do u have a visualization of how frequency my workout in a timeline or chart ? I want to see how frequent i do exercise

      Yes, there’s a calendar where you can see on what days you’ve exercised. You can also see how many workouts you’ve done this week in the stats box 👍
